Hi Ladies - Beautiful Saturday afternoon here. Today I did CLX Push 1. Good to get back to some heavier work.

Nothing else planned except the usual, washing, cleaning, etc.

What are your weekend plans?

hi everyone,

today i went to the.... GYM! after about 9 mths ( I put my membership on hold during the most intense part of the program). I did a body for life type of weight training workout but was very distracted by all my old friends in the weight room. so many nice people there. when i got home I did a short pilates workout - 30 minutes.

tomorrow morning and all of next week is a rest week from sts so i am gonna do cardio, barre, yoga, whatever i please... with an emphasis on cardio. we'll see how it goes.

goodness ladies - it's scorcher out there. we're off the the ex later today.

Hi Ladies,

Sorry so late, but it has been a busy day!

Started off with Donna Read's Hi/Lo to the Max, then DS and I cleaned out the garage before he headed off to a golf tournament. I have been going crazy running around today trying to find him some golf shorts ( in a size 28 or 30) and finally getting home and doing it online.
Made a brownie pie for the cookout we are having tomorrow with my in-laws, and am now checking in!

Hi again,

Back for more today, I did STS disc 12 Legs, is there a leg workout for week 3, I can't seem to find it. Anyways, this one was okay, it just seems to drag for me, I am in a hurry to move on and get it over with!
I added 100 crunches and did my own stretch.

Hi everyone,

Today I did Atletica. I was going to add on other things but thought why bother? this workout is total cardio, legs and abs, weights wrapped into one. And it's tough. It felt a lot like SP90 cardio challenge - only longer.

conni i loved your line "made a brownie pie for the cookout" just sounded so 'home on the range' ish. ha ha.

carmen i feel like the chores never quite get finished...

Hi everyone! Today was cardio. I did Michelle's Peak 10 Cardio but only got four out of the five cycles done. Just couldnt push myself to finish that last one. It was a good challenge and I didnt find it too boring. The bells didnt bother me either. :p

Making baked chicken, sweet potatoe, and string beans for dinner. I made two bracelets today too.

I love that we have tomorrow off! I hope you do too.

Hi everyone,

slept in this morning til 7am. today i am going to do kelly coffey-meyer's stepboxing (if this is what it's called). It looks amazing. previewed it last night. i also went thru step pump jump so i can do that this week. choreography is tough for me so had to learn the steps (which wasn't easy). i am also going to finish going thru step blast.

I still have to learn athletic step, lowmax, imax 3, cardio + weights and the last step segment of intensity oh and HIS and LIS!!!!! and rythmic step.

you seem to have such a nice calm life carmen. so wonderful.

and conni - another mis-step with the dvd's??? i am so sorry. meso cycle 1 didn't excite me - i like the workouts as individuals but not as a program. it's wayyyyyyyyy better when you get into meso 2 and 3. if i did STS for a second time (which i totally would) i would skip meso 1 altogether.

Today was Z Step workout, and I am still having problems with one section, but this was the second time I have done this one. I will get it eventually!
 
Hi ladies!!! Today was CLX Push Circuit 2. Loved it. Hubby and I went to see The Debt. Great movie.....loved the raisinettes!!!:D

I made a wire crochet choker and matching bracelet tonight too. I wish i was retired...

I dont know about you, but I do not want to go to work tomorrow....I even bought lotto tickets....lol :p
