Today will be 4ds HIS cardio and as I got some new toys to play with AOS Providence with my new kettlebells.

Tammy - Have fun with the kettlebells... is AOS Providence a w/o DVD for kettlebells... sorry to sound dense... don't know much about kettlebells...

The shoulder and calf work on the LIS workout yesterday was great. I am really enjoying the wt work on this new series.

Today is Bootcamp/tri's/bi's **GULP**..... First time for this one...

I didn't sleep well last night.. bed at 8:30, awake at 11:30 and the last time I looked at the clock it was around 3 so I did sleep between 3 and 5... I really hate these nights!

Patti - wanted to comment on LIS... I saw your post. Yes, you should put it in your rotation. It is short, sweet and so much fun!!

Tammy, I don't know anything about Kettlebells either. Do you use them in place of weights for a weight workout or is there cardio included ?

Jane,we talked in email already about our rotten nights. I went to bed at 11:30 and got up for the second morning in a row at 3:30 !
Not enough sleep for either of us !!!:-( (we need a sleepy face)

I have BC today too. It'll WORK you !:eek: And look for fried bi's & tri's too !:eek: :eek:

Yawn. Is it the weekend yet ??

Another clueless on kettleball person here! The only think I think of is popcorn when I read that word!

I opted for a rest day today(again). This month has been full of them. I'm kinda back to my 2 rest days/week thing. I guess I need the break. I was supposed to do LIS today so I'll do it tomorrow instead.

TGIF and I'm on vacation until Wed, the 28th!! Yipee!

Hi everyone,

Have a good vacation Phyllis, enjoy your time off.

Today was HIS upper body circuit premix ( 65 minutes). Not too bad really, you go back and forth between the HIS cardio and the upper body segments from the split, it was good for a lighter day. Tomorrow I will probably do an Imax, I haven't done one for awhile.

Morning Folks.

Man, lately I am having one heck of a time getting up! I normally get up between 6 and 6:30 and these days I rarely make it out of bed by 7! I didn't get up until after 8 this morning!!!! WTH!? x( It's gotta be this constant cold I am battling. It's just wearing me down....:-(

Today is a yoga day for sure. I need it.

Beavs: You called it girl! The booty doms has arrived! It's not the "it hurts to sit on the toilet" type but my behind is DEFINATLEY talking to me!}( :7

My chiropractor suggested kettlebell training for me a few months back and I finally took the plunge. I bought two kettlebells and the DVD AOS Providence. It was a total body circuit with 15 rounds that lasted two minutes each with one minute between rounds. It was a blast! I used my lightest kettlebell until I am sure about my form. My chiro also offered to work with me on my form if needed (it will definitely be needed;)). I plan on 2-3 kettlebell workouts/week. I was a sweaty mess by the end of the workout :eek:

I know I should go to the doc, Tam. Problem is, I don't have one right now! Our damn insurance changed! x( I guess I'll have to suck it up and go to one of the medi-merge places that are around here. I've never been to one though so I'm kinda nervous about it.

I did about the first 30 mins of Long and Lean Yoga. I just finished about 30 minutes ago actually. Not sure what's on tap for tmrw yet. I'll see what I'm in the mood for....
