Good morning ladies,

Is it the 23rd?

This morning I did Gym Style Back and shoulder + LIS Athletic Training - 35 minutes. I really enjoyed AT. I haven't done it in a long time.

Carmen - I am so happy for you that things have worked out - and you got some nice time off.

It is actually the 22nd here in the States, but maybe you Canucks are a day ahead?:D

Today was PLB, but I opted for Xtrain Legs. That is a perfect leg workout for me, no heavy weight stuff, and the barre is optional. I still get a great workout without the barre.

Hi ladies its a nice spring day here. Today was a nice evening stroll with mom. My knee hurts a little.

I like the workouts you did today! Lots of energy.
