I,m still waiting till my headache is over,
I already took(few hours ago)a sumatriptan,
and after that (o.5 hour ago)a paracetamol,so my body isn,t
fit enough to do some workout,
but maybe I wil try a little exercise so my blood will running
through my body better.and a outside walk for fresh air.

Sorry to get off topic but Anja, it sounds like you have a migraine. I get those too and I've tried sumatriptan (doesn't work for me) but what is paracetamol?? I've never heard of it.

I hope the meds work and you feel much better SOON!!!
Migraines are the worst!!;(

Today is upper body - probably GS Back, Shoulder, Bicep.

Last night was KM. I shouldn't have done that following the tough leg workout the night before. Ouch!

It was great to speak with my DD from France yesterday :)
I wanted to sleep in but woke up at 7. I took a 2 hr nap yesterday. LOVE naps!

Good Morning Girls,

Okay well I have cardio, abs and lunges on tap for today. No specific work out in mind yet but I'm not even sure I'll get this work in today at all! :-(

I have a busy day ahead...leaving the house at 9:30 and not getting back in until after 6pm most likely...I will do what I can to get the work out in later but if not I'll be taking a rest day...

I should have gotten up a bit earlier and I could have gotten it done this morning...my bad for being lazy. x(

Afternoon ladies,

It's 1C overhere with a windchill of -3C and boy did I feel that when I was out running. Did a 9.6K (I thought it was 10, but alas...). With that windchill my thighs felt really cold when I was running and did not warm up. It's days tlike this that make me wonder whether I should buy some real running tights. Do they make a difference, experienced cold day runners???? I always run in my fitness pants... And usually, that's fine. Except on very cold days, and during heavy rains.

Did I ever tell you about the day I was running and I got caught in heavy rains? You know what happened? These fitness pants got soaked with rain and got heavier and heavier and they got longer and longer. I had to constantly pull up my pants cause I'd be running on them if I didn't. Must have caused quite a few smiles on that rainy day... Just picture a woman trying to look like she's running, holding up her pants :+ :+

Anyways, I've been walking my doggies too. And yes Wendy, I love to walk, one of the reasons I have dogs. Cause I don't go out for a walk without them.

Morning, ladies!
I haven't checked in for a long while. Maybe I'll start again - maybe it'll give me a little enthusiasm about working out my legs. I find it's kind of boring lately, but still very necessary!

Anyhow, today might be kind of cramped for workouts. My plans are for an hour step - kind of feeling like Low Max today. Then I need the dreaded leg workout. Will probably be Leaner Legs, since it's shorter. Hmmm. That might be a dangerous combo. I'll think about changing the cardio. Also need to squeeze in some abs, which I may be able to do this morning. The other stuff will wait til the afternoon.

Good morning ladies...

Dutchie...yes I am getting used to XP! You really burned alot of calories last week!! Also, I always run in running tights in the winter. We have had our share of rain and the pants would drive me batty!!!

Sandra...I did Cardio Kicks last week. It is a fun workout IMO. Yes I am still using dial-up, but this new PC seems to connect about twice as fast as the old one, which has been nice so far.

Pam and Robyn...we will get high speed soon...

Mariangeles...looks like a long workout!!

Anja...I hope you feel better too..

Robyn...how did you like those leg conditioning drills in KM?

Wendy...enjoy your busy day. I had a rest day yesterday!

Hey ladies,

I am late checking in this morning. I had scheduled my leg work yesterday but decide to take a rest day instead of today. I will do the PUB/PS floorwork and All step/PH abs.


Tomorrow is a day off of work so I can get my workout in early. I will be starting GS/MIS. Ouchie!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Last night I did a 40 minute run on the treadmill, as per Cathe's Feb '05 rotation. Since I haven't run in years, and I'm new to using the treadmill, I found it better to do 5 minutes of running alternated with 1 minute of walking. I'm pleased that I was able to do that.

We may end up buying a brand new 2005 PT Cruiser this afternoon. Not sure yet.

Hello again.

Well, work got canned for the day so I got my work out done.

I started with Step and Intervals cardio only (left out interval section here) and moved right in to All Step cardio (left out warm up here) and then I subbed in assorted lunges for AS' u/b work and then did the abs and stretch as produced.

Fun work out!

I,m back on earth again,I was very bad this afternoon.
Becky,yes it was migraine,and paracetamol is just a ordinary painkiller
when you have migraine,than you can,t take a asprine,so a paracetamol is
saver .
I am much better now,only a litle bit listless.
So,no workout today,
tomorrow there is a new day for new changes.

I'm so glad you're feeling better. I've had migraines my whole life and they last 3 days and are severe. No pain killers -including morphine touch the pain for me, but I've never heard of paracetamol. I will look it up.
I do take Stadol NS at night w/a migraine and most of the time it allows me to sleep. Without it, I am up 72 hours .
I do feel your pain and I'm so glad you are back! That's exactly how I phrase it when the migraine finally is gone......"I'm back among the living, or I'm back to earth" !! It's true!

YIKES Becky! I've had migraines in the past and simply can not imagine having one for 72 hours!!! OMG! I didn't know that would even be possible!? Has a doc told you why they last so long???
