They have a pretty extensive list of exercise demo videos. Anyhow, as someone who "presently struggles with pull-ups", I noticed a couple of interesting pull-up variations that look like they might be doable and a potential intermediate step to doing regular pull-ups.

Also, I tried a version of walking lunges they demo on the site. You hold a dumbell straight over your head, and let the back knee "kiss" the ground as you go. I really felt it in the glutes.
