Belinda- enjoy your recovery week. Nice job on your walk and abs. I have faith you can get those abs in for today. :D

Debbie- Impressive weight workout as always for you. WTG on those weights!:);):cool:

Heather- I hope you and your hubby had a great time on his birthday. Also, ^^^ 5's on the weekend workout, that was awesome girl! You mentioned doing shoulder work with weights at lunch and maybe something else later. I hope you had a great workout but nothing to strenuous on your DOMS lovin' legs. Take it easy on the legs today.;)

Melissa- Wow, congrats on your chest and triceps DOMS your sportin'. I'd skip those muscle groups today or take that rest day as you mentioned. If you do decide to workout a nice kickbox later sounds like a winner to me. Excellent workouts for you, keep up the great job on your fitness goals, way to rock it girlfriend!;)

Roxie- Yay! I love that your doing TF! This is starting week 13 for me and I still am loving it! TF 45 EZ class is a lot of fun and I just love the music, its so much fun and its a workout in one, love that! Stretch 10 class is always a nice way to stretch out after a workout, I really like that one. I hope your having a blast with TF Chris and I want you to catch the Turbo FIYAH!!! Keep up the great job with your workouts, your doing awesome girl!:D;)

Jessica- Wow, on your training run that's so awesome. Yeah, surprisingly there is a lot of strategy in running races especially distance racing such as a half marathon or a marathon. Its good that you had that experience of hitting the wall at mile 8 realizing that it was too fast a pace you had started out at. Your absolutely right, lesson learned. That's what its all about finding the right pace for you and one that you can sustain and still have a bit of a kick left in the tank to finish strong. Jessica, you've been training like a champ and I know you can do this. Just keep up the good work and remember what a good and comfortable pace feels like for you and go with that. Remember to run your race, not try to run superfast running someone elses pace that may not be good for you so you can finish and meet your goal time. Running is all about running your race according to what you can do and improving as you go. Its an individual sport, not a team sport. You can do this because your awesome no matter what pace you run just run it smart and comfortable for you. Rock that half marathon girl!:D;):cool:

Heather- Sorry work is stressful for you right now. Hang in there, hugs. I think workout the frustration from work on MMA Kickboxing is an excellent idea and I'm sure you felt better afterwards. Take it easy girl and take care.;):D
