Hi and good morning,

Sorry, for not doing any personals these last few days:( DH took a few days off, so we can plan our move (getting appt. for the movers/trying to figure out what we will ship next week?)Getting our wills done!/getting tickes for us and the dogs ) Yesterday DH bought a car which will be in the US sometimes in June:eek: Time is flying now! I am so glad once they packed everything up! Need to make an appointment to get the dogs health cert. otherwise they can't fly (can't be older than 10 days of flying). We still wonna go to Italy:p need to make reservations on the hotel today:eek: need a vacation after all that stress:eek: still trying to get all my/DH medical stuff out of the way! So much to do and so little time left:confused: Sorry for rambling! Need to sent video off to the vet, so she sees what's wrong with Browler. Trying to film him since a few days, which was not an easy task:confused:

I did iTRI (60 min) yesterday, I was beat after that:p Today I will do yoga (my legs need a break) and abs!

I do read all the posts, just don't have time to answer! SORRY! You all doing great with your workouts!

I did the Ultimate Ball ab workout(30min) from the Supreme 90 today, loved it! Can't wait to try all the others soon:) I also did Yoga Zone "Total Body Conditioning #1" 20 min.

I have a lunch date with DH:p will be back later!

Good Morning,

Its suppose to be in the 80s today so I am going to go for another walk after work. Todays workout is suppose to be a bicycle ride indoor or out but a walk works for me. Aunt Flo is kicking my butt today and my neighbors kept me up all night.

Belinda-it doesn't sound like you are having to much fun. Good job with your workout.

Jungle Gymn XT - Beginner Suspension Training Workout=14 Min
Body Weight
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 115

Exhale Core Fusion- Thighs & Glutes 2 segments= 20 min
Met Value= 4.0
Calories burned= 109
Turned out Thighs and Glutes & Standing Gluteal Toner with chair. Oh Man, this was killer! Love it!!!

Total calories burned= 906;):cool:

Belinda- No worries on the personals lately I know you got your hands more than full with worrying about Browler and the big move. Great workout for today too, see you are awesome remember that and just know we are thinking of you. Thanks for taking a moment to check in its always so fun to see what other Crazy, Strong, and Loving it Cathletes are doing workout wise today. I love to read your workouts. Roxie- Yuck on Aunt Flo visiting and kicking your butt. I hope you did get in your walk or bicycle ride today whether it be in door or out. Nice weather your having too by the way, lucky you. I find that exercise does help ease the discomfort with Aunt Flo, well that and two tylenol's and a nice glass of wine and a warm bath. LOL!!!
