It's going to be Peak Fit's Cardio Strength 2. I've done 1 for 3 weeks, now it's on to 2. Should be "fun". I'm excited, yet a little afraid..LOL

Belinda: What new workouts did you get? Have fun with Legs today!!! Tough workout, I have DOMS just thinking about it!

Tonite for me is KCMs Split Sessions Upper Body and either TF HiiT 15 or KCM Plyo Blast and I still need to work some abs. I have now some how contracted a flu bug from somewhere stomach is just not happy today. I am doing really well on wts. 1 Full Body, 1 Lower Body, 1 Upper Body and tomarrow will be a circuit but I am sucking in the cardio department.

Belinda-that is a long list of workouts.

OMG, Cardio Strength 2 was CRAZY butt kicking good! I was dying/almost puking a few times. I had to take a few more minutes break than Michelle gave. But I loved it!!

It follows the same concept of "Basecamp" (easier movements w/ weights), "Ascent" (tougher compound movements w/weights) , "Climb" (moderate to higher intensity cardio, no weights), and "Peak" (short interval plyo move). 10 times!

Belinda: O M G!! you sure added to your DVD workout collection!! Awesome! I know I looked at a bunch of new workouts when Mary had that July 4th sale, but I just couldn't decide. I wish I had consulted with you! I love the ones you got!

Happy Friday everyone!;)

I just finished up my workout for today. I am really tired and my low back is killing me so I wasn't at my best workingout today. My goal instead was just to get it done, so I did. Oh and I did get my PeakFit Challenge today, I had two disks that were really scratched up and called to have them send me out a replacement, no worries. I did take the opportunity to preview the dvds and they do look challenging but doable. I think I may take next week off as a recovery week and then the following weak begin PeakFit challenge. I think I need a break before I begin a new rotation.

Here's today's workout:

Chalean Extreme - Extreme Intervals= 40 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 410

Turbo Fire- HiiT 15= 17 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 232

Chalene Extreme- I've Got Abs= 17 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 116

Total calories burned= 738;)
