Good morning,

I slept in today, felt good. Went to bed with a headache and my stomach was upset. I have No workout to report from yesterday, felt like crap all day long.

Debbie, thanks for asking! My lower back is still bordering me. I need to go and see the doc. next week. How do you like STS? Hope your hip flexor is feeling better soon.

Rockie, hope things turn around for you, a marriage takes a lot of work ((((HUGS)))) Have you and your husband tried marriage counselor? Glad they found your dog. Nice job on your workout yesterday.

Wendy, nice job with your workout yesterday. I hate time changes and jet lag; it takes a lot out of me. BTW, my son loves soccer too.

Good Morning,

Decided to do Step Blast combos 1,2, and 3 my HR monitor was going crazy the whole time. The weather here is cold, cloudy and windy expecting snow tonite.

Stats:
41 min
28 in the zone
167 min hr
186 max hr
370 cals burned.

Want to do some yoga or pilates later.

Belinda-hope you get to feeling better soon. As for DH and I just need to give things time they will work out I hope.
 
Hi ladies. I did Imax 3 and triceps, biceps & shoulders from PUB & PH plus PH abs. It's supposed to be sunny but cool here today after major storms yesterday. However, it's cloudy and cold! I am SOOOO glad to be home though and back to my workout routines and decent food.

Roxie - good job with the workout this morning. Hopefully it helped your mood a little bit at least.

Belinda - take care of that back.

Got in a great workout before leaving for soccer. I did the Bootcamp premix from BM2. It's an awesome workout. 79 min/560 calories.
One DD team tied, other DD won. Both DD scored goals - YEAH!
