I back from the gym! I did cardio coach volume 2, burned 588 cal. and 3 miles:eek: I love CC! Can't wait to try them all:eek::D Had a lot of fun. WOW, i am excusted!

Good Morning,

Today is a SM day for me and then rest need to do laundrymax. I am going to try working out in the mornings this week and see if I do a better job of not missing them.

I am sooo excited!!! I've had some small successes in the last three weeks. I've lost 3.5 lbs, 1.2" from chest, .7" from waist, and 1.6 from my thighs! If that doesn't motivate me to keep eating clean and making better choices while I'm doing STS I don't know what will! :D

Today is my rest day though. I will be painting in the basement later today and might throw in some yoga just for kicks.

Its raining again here so our dog is MUDDY. :confused:

Just looked at the next weeks STS - looks tough...

I did a premix from 4DS last night. 70 min circuit. It was LIS plus upper body. I didn't know that before I did it - I was hoping for some legs, too. It wasn't as hard as I'd hoped either. I need to make that note in my book.
So today I might do B&G....

Hey girls! Late check in for me today- started STS with DH. We had fun. I totally kicked his butt, though. :p I really liked it- did better than I thought on the push ups. I did go to my knees for a few in the very beginning for about 12 of them (the 30 in a row after two other sets) but the rest I did them on my toes! Yay! I did feel like there was equipment everywhere- I'm sure I'll adjust but today it was nuts, especially with both of us doing it at the same time.

Gotta run but just wanted to say hi!

I did Saturday's workout today.

Here's the workout-

Cardio coach volume 3 revised= 45 min but I decided to go a few minutes longer= 53 min total
calories burned= 573
Distance= 3.90 miles
BPM= 144-150

4DS Bootcamp Cardio only= 34 min
Calories burned= 325

4DS LIS-Abs Only = 10 min
Calories burned= 82

That's it for me. I'm caught up for Saturday's workout now. Seeya all tomorrow.
