I am done with Gentle Yoga with Suzanne Deason! I forgot how good that one was, she does a lot of exerices for your spine/back. Need to pull that one out more often;) I added my PT exerices too.

Hi ladies. I thought it was supposed to be sunny today, but it's really overcast. At least we had a gorgeous day yesterday. Today I did the warm up from HIIT 30/30, Pyramid Lower Body (weights only, and without DVD) then finished 30/30. Legs are sufficiently fried. My upper body is so freaking sore from yesterday (mostly chest). OUCH.

Belinda - glad you enjoyed yoga today, I need that now!!!

Went to SILs for nephews b-day still really dizzy but I did Basic Step again today and I will TBS in a few minutes. It wasn't much of a workout but better than nothing.
