I didn't do a workout an got supper fixed my favorite tv show came on. Tonite will be KCMs 30min to Wts. Tris Bis an Shoulders. Then I want to do some TF HiiT 15.

Today I did the last of the Meso 3's for the week, Disc 28, I think, Triceps, Biceps, Shoulders. Wicked good workout!! But long!

I have so much going on with school ending and Fathers Day, etc. Its overwhelming...

Yay! It's almost Friday!!:) I just finished my late starting workout. Wow, that was fun! I got the deluxe extra dvd's with CLX and did a couple of them and man, they are fun, I love it!;)

Here's today's workout:

Chalean Extreme- Get-Lean Intervals= 42 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 430
This was super fun and my first time doing it, it seems more intense so I'm happy with it.

Turbo Fire- HiiT 15= 15 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned=232

Chalean Extreme- I've Got Abs = 17 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 116

Total calories burned= 778;)

Ok, my tight muscle situation with IT band and back is making its presence know so I'll go rest. Have a great Thursday girls and have super workouts for today!:)
