I just finished my very late starting workout for today, Phew!
Here's today's workout:
Paul Katami- Kettlebell Kombos- Clinic= 34 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 325
Using #10 Kettlebell
KCM- 30 MTF- Boot Camp Combined workouts= 55 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 488
Chalean Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57
Total calories burned= 870
I now have officially completed 1 round of CLX!!!!

Here's my results for CLX I've lost nearly 3 inches in the waist; lost 2 inches in Hips; Lost 2 inches in the chest; decreased righ and left arms by 2 inches; Right thigh is now 3.5 inches smaller; Left thigh is now 2 1/4 inches smaller;Weight loss is still 14 lbs; Body Fat Percentage loss 15.4%


Although I haven't loss more than 14 lbs but I think I need to keep working at building muscle because this to me proves that this is working. Total inches lost= 16.75inches so that to me is big progress and I'll definitely take it!!!
That's it for me today and I plan to take tomorrow as a rest day. Monday I have a doctors appointment out of town and won't be working out that day. I might do CLX Lean for Life rotation for a month or so with Peakfit Challenge but that hasn't arrived as of yet. Have a great weekend girls!
