Good morning,

slept in this morning:confused: and I am still tried!

I will do a Total Body workout today, maybe I will do HR>

I will be back later, I promise!

This morning I did a new-to-me Peak Fit workout called, "Anytime/Anywhere" Workout. It's on a disc, but also mapped out on paper, so you could do it away from TV/home. It was 40 minutes of escalating cardio sequences (5 of them, twice through), ending in a "Peak"(interval). Every sequence involved some plank/core/push up work. it was quite interesting AND puke status reaching! These workouts are not getting easier! And it seems my buttocks are continuously having DOMS. I'm hoping that all means a skinnier butt!!! :eek:

Belinda: Did you have a good TB workout? Did you do HR?

Roxie: Circuits are great to do if you haven't been getting in formal workouts. Peak Fit has a combinatioin of circuits and one total body weight workout. Plus cardio. It's really kicking my butt these last 2 weeks!! (in a good way).

Nora: Congrats on graduating from CLX! Is this your 2nd time through? AND you did an HiiT too yesterday? I would love some of your energy here. I'm dying right about now!

Have a great weekend everyone. Tomorrow is my "rest" day (in between 12 hour nght shifts) , so I'll BB on Monday!

I just finished my very late starting workout for today, Phew!

Here's today's workout:

Paul Katami- Kettlebell Kombos- Clinic= 34 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 325
Using #10 Kettlebell

KCM- 30 MTF- Boot Camp Combined workouts= 55 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 488

Chalean Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57

Total calories burned= 870;)

I now have officially completed 1 round of CLX!!!!:cool: Here's my results for CLX I've lost nearly 3 inches in the waist; lost 2 inches in Hips; Lost 2 inches in the chest; decreased righ and left arms by 2 inches; Right thigh is now 3.5 inches smaller; Left thigh is now 2 1/4 inches smaller;Weight loss is still 14 lbs; Body Fat Percentage loss 15.4%:eek::cool: Although I haven't loss more than 14 lbs but I think I need to keep working at building muscle because this to me proves that this is working. Total inches lost= 16.75inches so that to me is big progress and I'll definitely take it!!!:)

That's it for me today and I plan to take tomorrow as a rest day. Monday I have a doctors appointment out of town and won't be working out that day. I might do CLX Lean for Life rotation for a month or so with Peakfit Challenge but that hasn't arrived as of yet. Have a great weekend girls!;):)
