Happy New Year no workout oldest DD and SIL came over, I will try and workout before we go move MIL. suppose to do BM2 Upper Body and abs.

I just got done with my workouts! I did Body Bast Timesaver # 5 legs) 48 min + Body Max (orginal) Upper body muscle conditioning 46 min, plus Schock Cardio MMA Kickbox (DD did it, so I decited to join her:p)Loved the Kickbox workout, so much fun! I needed to burn some cal today, ate to much grap yesterday.

Off to the shower! BBL!

Time to get serious wt. is up so today after we get done moving MIL it will be BM 2 upper body and either Step Intervals or 4ds KB. I will post my resolutions later.

Hi ladies. Hope everyone had a great NYE and NY Day today.

I chose the 30/30 HiiT and loved it. I also did pyramid legs (sans DVD).

DH and I ran a lot of errands. Now I'm trying to get Christmas put away. Ugh.
 
Happy New Year 2010, everyone!!

Worked last night, it wasn't too bad.

I slept 4 hours, and got up, puttered, ate, and then jumped into my final weight workout of MESO 3. In spite of my lack of sleep and my fatigue, I really got into it! Loved it all, the heavy weights really worked me hard. Wow! Round 2 of STS, done. i feel kind of let down, I'm not sure what I can do to maintain the muscle growth I have in my arms and upper body. Last time this happened with the first time of STS, the new found toneness faded away, it seemed.

Belinda: WOW! That's A LOT of working out today! How fun you worked out with DD, too. The Shock Cardio KB was kind of medium intensity, did you think?

Roxie: Hope you find time for that workout, sounds like a good one!

Heather: Are you really liking the HiiT's from SC? Is that the 2nd one you did? I plan on one tomorrow, probably 30/30. It will be my first! :eek: Although I did do Cardio Abs Circuit, that was insane!!!

Congrats on those that did workout today, and those that didn't no worries I know you deserved a rest day. I hope no matter what you did you had fun today!;)

Here's today's workout for me:

I was supposed to do P90X Legs & Back, but decided to substitute GS Legs, and back. You'll see what I mean below.

GS- Legs - Timesaver #2= 49 Min
Calories burned= 401
I haven't done this one in a while and not this premix which is awesome. It was lots of fun and gave a really great leg workout hitting all the muscles. Cathe rocks!

GS-BSB- Back Chapter Only= 19 Min
Calories burned= 156

P90X Ab RipperX= 16 Min
Calories burned= 98

iTrain Set 26C Circuit Circus Tread= 24 Min
Calories burned= 310
Distance= 2.02 Miles
Bpm's= 68,100,143,151,146,145,153,158,158,158,145= except for the first two numbers, I was in the zone approx. 21 Minutes. My heart rate was 80% to 88% of my max for 21 minutes. So, that's good. Below the zone= 55-65 % = 3 Min

Total Calories burned from today's workout= 965:eek:

Ok, I ate some pizza today so I felt I had to add a run on to my workout to help get rid of the pizza. You know how it goes. :p

Belinda- Sounds like you had a fun workout with your DD too! Great stuff! It seems your new year is off to a great start;)

Roxie- you mentioned your workout will be BM 2 upper body and either Step Intervals or 4ds KB whichever you choose to do will be awesome. Have a great workout! Happy New Year!!!

Chris- Bravo! You finished Meso 3!!:eek: Applause!!! I know that's no small feat, I've done it. You should feel accomplished and proud of the work you've done, its awesome!! So, do you mean you'll now be done with STS, for this round at least? You go girl! I found it was nice to try different rotations after being done with STS. I did miss it though. I couldn't stay away from wts to long. Between Cathe and our own Debbie, I'm officially hooked on weight training. I never used to like it before so I didn't do it. Now, I don't feel right if I don't do it 3 X a week and I like to really be challenged for my level. See, what they did, they turned me into a workout junkie.LOL:p There are lots of good rotations and workouts if your wondering what to do next, happy hunting.;) I hope you'll be able to get some sleep tonight and rest up. You need it. Please take care;):)
