Belinda- Wow, girl you are crazy, strong & loving it judging from today's workout you did. Those are some serious crazy weights you lifted doing the following:
SS #1/ 3 sets
Barbell Bench Press - 86#/8 reps, up 5#
ss w/
Overhand Barbell Rows - 67#/8 reps, down 9#, forgot to add more weights, lol!
SS #2/ 3 sets
Incline Dumbbell Press - 35's/10 reps, same as last time!
ss w/
One-Arm Rows - 35#/10 reps, same as last time!
SS #3 / 3 sets
Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes - 22's/12 reps, up 3#
ss w/
Pullovers - 33#/12 reps, up 3#
Ok, that is just fantabulous off the charts of awesomeness Bravo! Plus you did Insanity Fit Test, which I know is tough you are having some killer workouts there girlfriend, ^^^5's

I hope you had fun doing Christmas shopping with your sisters today.
Roxie- Great workout for today with KPC Cardio conditioning then crunches and pushups. You are definitely gettin' it done big time. Congrats on a great workout.


Heather- I think eliptical or boxing is a great way to do lower impact for your knees until they are feeling better. I know you mentioned you own Core Max before and I do love it. My favorite is the tough premix that has core with medball and some without. Cathe's sort of made me a medball fan now. LOL! Take it easy and hope you had a fun but knee friendly workout.

Jessica- You gotta be getting excited now as the days on the calendar tick away getting fewer and fewer until your parolled, I mean are out of that place. LOL!! I'm thrilled for you, no doubt getting up in the morning for work there is becoming harder and harder knowing you don't have to put up with them much longer, hang in there. I could agree with you more about LBB and High Reps they are awesome and definitely can feel those DOMS the next day LOVING IT! Yes, I'm really enjoying and loving all of Cathe's new four workout dvds, truly fun and awesome and I love the premixes too! I'm so glad I pre-ordered those and paid extra for faster delivery. I know you opted to sleep in this morning and do an evening workout and Kick. Have a great workout and tell Jo we miss her here and for you both to have a Merry Christmas!
