Good morning,

I will do D10 and JM30DS today. Ended up doing JM30DS plus JM 6 weeks six-pack Level 1. That was tough. Tought I picked an easy one, wrong! Was sweating buckets.

I bought a scale yesterday and I am up 2 lb from a few weeks ago, I am getting so frustrated. I work my a$$ off, and gain weight??? I don't get it. It's not like I eat donuts or sweets, I messure everything that goes into my mouth:eek: I don't know what I do wrong?? Since I left Germany, I gained 10 lbs, WTH? My cloth on the other hand, fit the same. BTW, I log all my food into Myfitnesspal.com too. So frustrating:( BBL! Sorry for venting!!

It looks like its me and Belinda today, that's ok. I'll just check in, and I'm not following any rotation just winging it because of my muscle issues.

Here's what I did today for a workout:

Stretch Max- Stability Ball Stretch= 20 Min
Met Value= 2.50
Calories burned= 68

Walking Briskly with Dog= 25 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Walking approx. 4 MPH level surface briskly
Distance= 1.50 Miles
Calories burned= 171

STS Cardio: HiiT Pyramid= 30 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 410

Core Cuts- Cut#1 Standing abs with #8 med ball= 12 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 82

Total calories burned= 731

Belinda- Great workout today with D10 and JM 30DS and JM 6 week six pack sounds killer girlfriend. I have the six week ab one with JM and I have her 30 Day shred one they are good and the ab one is really tough, but great. Keep up the awesome job on your workouts, WTG!!!:eek::cool:
