Good morning,

DH and I just got back from a 4.5 miles + 5.5 miles bike ride.:p I am fried. I think I burned the huge piece of cake off, don’t you think? LOL! :eek: I burned 900 cal. I still have to work my abs ,will do that tonight; I am too tired right now.

The temps here are unseasonably low! DH and I are about to go for a run. Should be a rest day, but we just can't pass up this opportunity. It's 60 degrees in August in Arkansas! I went ahead and did shoulders (PS) already rather than wait until tomorrow. I repeated each of the exercises once more and added on 1 set of regular shoulder presses. I felt strong this morning. Now to tire out my legs with a run :D

Belinda - good job with you burn this morning. I'd say that's at least one slab of cake!! LOL

Nora, nice calorie burn yesterday. I did STS Ab Circuits- Stability Ball Abs the other day for the first time, have to say I really like it. WTG! Enjoy your rest day today.

Heather, nice job getting a run and shoulder workout in on your rest day. How are your legs feeling? BTW, I like SB premix 1 and 2 combos plus the challenge. I do that one very often.Nice mix.

Rockie, enjoy your walk with DH and Slim and Limber.

Belinda - legs are good. We took it pretty easy. There is a bridge we ran over and that's the toughest part. The rest of the trial is flat and scenic. It was nice to be outside on such a pretty day and just get the legs moving and not push it. I like that particular SB premix b/c I don't enjoy the building up of combo 3. I like the combo just fine, but for some reason by that point of the workout I'm just thinking "get on with it" we know how to do the peg leg pivot! LOL.

Sounds like a lovely run this morning, Heather. I think I'm going to work shoulders today, also.
Roxie, I hope you have a nice leisure day with your DH.
I'm still playing catch up with my workouts. I didn't want to do the leg part of S&H legs and shoulders the other day, so I just ran 30 min on the TM then did the ankle weight work from L&G (excellent!). I wanted to do the Slow Heavy shoulder part, but that was another 30 minutes and we had to get going. So I need to do that today. I'll probably do some abs and stretching, too. I'm WAY looking forward to getting my Ab Circuits DVD this week!
Enjoy what's left of the weekend, ladies! I am working 6 days in a row, so my posts this week might not be consistent.....
