I changed up today's workout a bit, instead of RS, I did 5 intervals from HE, Hi/Lo Intervals (IM3 and LOWMAX combination). It was good! I only did 5, because I wanted a good stretch too, which I did. TBS #2 w/the ball. Ah! Felt good. I had FF'd the HE workout, and was shocked to see after intervals from IM3/LM, she does KM BLASTS!!! Holy COW! Has anyone done this entire workout before w/ the blasts at the end???
Nora: Good workout yesterday and WOOHOO on going heavier than Cathe!! I did on maybe one or 2. NO DOMS in my lower body today, unless the soreness I felt doing 15 REPEATERS in LM interval counts! It's weird. I got very little DOMS from S&H this week, and I really felt that I pushed myself. Oh well.... Next week STS MESO 3, are you ready???
Roxie: Good for you for gettting a workout in last night!! Your eats really did suck, but if you're eating good most of the time, one "off" day is ok.
It's "Saturday" for me, getting ready for a working weekend...again! The week flies by, doesn't it? (well, maybe not for everyone who works all week, I guess....)
