Today is a rest and stretch day for me. DH and I will go for our walk later.

Went to the lake with my family today. My DH and I went for a 30-minute run around the park before hitting the lake. My sister and her DH even tried a walk/run. It was a pleasant morning, but the heat ended up kicking in eventually (and humidity).
