Counting Calories

I don't count calories, but I try to follow a clean diet and eat aprox 35 grams of carb, 22 grams of protein and 6 grams of fat per meal (6 times per day). Anyhow, I counted the calories for the day and it is about 2100. This is a lot higher than I thought it would be. So, Do you all count calories or look at percentages? Thanks Melissa
 
once in awhile i will count my calories and all that but then i just lag off on it. i do try to get veggies and protien in every meal though and portion things out at the time i eat. i just get lazy about writing everything down,what time,how i felt,etc etc etc.
