I was viewing the basic and intermediate Urban Rebounding workouts by JB Berns and noticed that his upper body is on an angle while rebounding. I tried a few bounces and saw that my body is more comfortable at a shallower angle. Should this make a difference? Is there a reason why Berns and his crew bounce with their upper bodies leaning forward? To protect the spine perhaps?
I also noticed that the bouncing motion makes me dizzy. I guess I just have to get used to it. I know many of you use Cathe's hi/lo portion of MIC on it. I wonder if I can use the hi/lo portion of SJP on it and CK, probably? With modifications if I have to, of course. I love, love the idea of jumping around with hardly any impact to my joints.
