Can anyone suggest a core workout that is targeted to pregnancy? I have a 2-finger split in my abs from DS and am 12 weeks pregnant with baby #2. My abs never came back in like I wanted (the muscles stuck out). I've read that traditional crunches and anything that has both lower body and shoulders off the floor can worsen the split. .
