Good morning gals,
Today was 4DS Kickbox and Legs (without core). Tonite is golf. Should be fun as DH is coming along too. Hoping to get to all those leaves in the front yard on Saturday. We are doing a Fall Festival at my parents this Saturday evening, which should be lots of fun. I have my favorite souped up cornbread dish to bring.

Just watched the new video clip while I was drinking my coffee. Oh my goodness, those wall squats and the plate exercises all look so hard!

Hope you have a great time tonight Jeanette! Better call that furnace guy today Patricia, it could turn nasty cold anytime. No snow for us yet!

It's cast day today
I have the day off today, this am is 4DS and some errands and this afternoon is ds's appointment.

Thanks for all your caring words, I know you all understand what it is like to lose a pet. We have an appointment made for tomorrow

Well, PLB done - did the UP premix. I always have a hard time with the ball portion but I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow. Snow pretty much melted and hope not to see it againf or a few weeks

Jeanette - that Fall Festival sounds like fun, espeically if you in the +70's That's my kind of fall.

Kim - YIPEE on the cast. I'm sure DS is absolutely thrilled.

Good evening,
Had a fun golf game tonite. I didn't golf well at first, guess I was nervous in front of the 2 guys. I settled down after the first few holes, but the greens were really really fast so you could barely putt the ball and it would go way too far. My score was terrible. Anyway, we all had fun and DH had fun driving the cart. It was a beautiful afternoon and the leaves on the trees were all golden. Tomorrow will be a haircut/weave after work for me. I'm ready. It's getting very heavy on my head.

Patricia, are you doing the October rotation too? I just did PLB up premix recently too. I need to go buy some pumpkins so DH can carve one for the Fall Festival. Also need to get my cornbread recipe out.

Kim, (((hugs)))) to you and your family on the vet appointment tomorrow. It's never easy, but they do go peacefully and the suffering is over. Is DS loving the cast free feeling? Bet he is!
