Hi and good morning,

Never got a workout in yesterday, went shopping instead:confused: So today I will do cardio and abs. Will be back to report my workout and personals.

Debbie - have you done KB before? How was your KB wo yesterday?

Kirstin - Thanks for asking, Alesia is feeling much better. Still tired alot. Me on the other hand, I am getting a sinus/ear infection again. Had it since the RT, still hanging around. I pump myself with meds since weeks. Need to see a doc soon, if this keeps it up. Hope you feel better soon too. I preordered too. You know, I will add those workouts into my STS rotation.

Helene - don't take it the wrong way, but I think you are not eating enough calories.....if your engery is low. Sorry, about your work situation. WOW, on the comute, that's a lot of driving. Nice job, on BM yesterday.

Lori - nice workouts girl! I see my DD almost every weekend, either she comes to WV or we driving to DC. I talk to my son every day. BTW, if we do get that house, he plans to move in with us again, lol.

Belinda: You know. I think you are right. I'm just worried bout upping and to how much. Everytime I change my diet it's always to eat less and it always backfires. I always have days where I go way over, but it's never intended and never balanced. So until I leave for vacay I will up to...... 1800 to 2000. Is that good? I leave on Saturday. After that, won't be able to count for 10 days, nor do I want to. :D But one think I've been wanting to do is kick the coffee habit for a while and see how that changes things. So I'll start that. Thanks for your input girl! And the commute really isn't bad. Usually it takes me 30 minutes in the morning but in the evening I've been averaging 45 minutes.

Lori: So did you get a lot of reading done?

Kristin: Wow on the fever still sticking around. For a summer time bug, that's a summer time bug! I hate those. They shouldn't exist.

Deb: You'll have to give us a review of the KB workout. :D

Off to do CLX LC3. Never got to it yesterday those I did get my cardio in. We also went to the pool with the kids. Today I have to finish cleaning and start getting ready for vacay because I won't have time during the week. :)
 
Helene - good idea!! Up your cal a bit or stay in your cal goal;) Don't worry about food while on vacation, that's why it's called a vacation:eek: Have fun! I also have those good and bad day's, more than I want too:confused: You can not survive on lettuce and celery sticks, you need food. LOL! And on top, you getting some good/hard workouts in. You need to eat those calories, otherwise you have no energy or get burned out easly. Try to stay away from sweets, once in a while it's ok. It's a part of life! I need to stay away from those FERRERO ROCHER CHOCOLAT BALLS:confused: those little suckers are evil! But yummy! My downfall is wine, I love a nice glass of red wine:confused: doesn't help when you wanna lose weight. Enjoy your vacation, ok! :confused:
 
My workout is done. I did 4DS BC plus Cardio quick fix. Had an awesome sweaty workout.

CARDIO QUICK FIX….20 minutes in length (perfect as is or can be added on to another cardio workout)

……..1 minute Jumping Jacks

……..1 minute of stair climbing in house (if no steps, do steps ups, 20 per leg on a 12 inch step height)
……..1 minute jump rope (don’t have to use a rope but do the movement as such)
……..1 minute jog or shuffle in place while arms pump up and down
………1 minute front/back kicks (30 seconds the right leg kicks front and left leg kicks back then switch legs for the remaining 30 seconds)

Repeat all 5 of these one minute activities for a total of 4 times to equal 20 minutes.

I didn't get a workout in today but did think about doing several, does that count;)

I wish I would have saw Belinda's Cardio Quick Fix, looks like fun & short & sweet:)

For me the problem with KB workouts is I'm worried I will pull something in my back or injure myself. I'm not comfortable with the KB workouts so I'm not sure.

Belinda - Ugh, on the sinus infection. Wondering if that is the reason you have trouble sleeping:confused:

Helene - Enjoy your vacation, we're going to the beach for 3 days at the end of the week so looking forward to it.

Melissa - Wondering if you were on the boardwalk when the accident happened in Wildwood . . . pretty scary stuff.

Helene - I'm not sure if you'll see this or have time to answer but saw on the news today The Dukan Diet and they were giving it rave reviews. It's a French diet so thought you may have some input;)
