STS Total Body is done! I also did the abs in that one! One more workout and I have a rest day! I need it!

Woah where the heck is everyone?! No workout for me today...I was way too tired and have killer DOMS in my butt from yesterday's WO. Getting ready to go out to dinner w/ DA right now. I will be back tomorrow to fill you in on our dinner w/ my parents last night and personals!!!

Hi,

Everyone must be very busy getting ready for either Dad's or DH's The mall was packed with lots of Mom's & daughter's shopping for their men.

I almost didn't do a workout but ended up doing the rest of GS shoulder's & bi's. On my way home from work I was eating a Think Thin protein bar (pretty good) which was my lunch. Well 1/2 way through it I feel something funny and my front cap fell off and I almost swallowed it I tried to call the dentist but they leave early on Friday's so I headed over to CVS for some dental cement. I am so pissed at my dentist, I walked around for almost a year with a temp and about 2 months ago he finally finished & now this It doesn't feel to secure & it is so difficult to eat (I guess that part is good) will try the office in the morning. When I told DH that I almost swallowed it and what would I have done, he said I would have to wait in the bathroom don't think I could do that.

Belinda - I hope you get a good night sleep tonight. We had thunderstorms last night & had a hard time getting back to sleep.

Melissa - We look forward to hearing about dinner with the parents
