Morning,
Belinda: You have the snow, we have the cold. It's still 9F outside. It hasn't warmed up any since Cookie posted last night. How are you enjoying the insanity rotation? I've done the workouts, but never as intended. Might give it a try someday. Same with Turbo Fire.
Cookie: Yep, def too cold for my liking. I feel like a baby and I don't want to go outside. Good job on kickbox.
Amelia: I just love your story.

I bet you feel like a million bucks. Even better when you are already happily married. Don't worry about the workouts. I can't seem to get mine in either. If I get them all in, I feel like I am going to break.
Deb: I hope your DH gets better soon. Issues with the back are the worst. I for sure hope he is better by Xmas. The thought of me ever getting to my to do list makes me laugh..... not gonna happen. I put out fires and make sure we have clean clothes. LOL.
Kristin: So are you the smart board guru now?

I hope that everybody is healthy at home.
Melissa: We'll stop talking about the biotch. Don't want to spend energy on people like that. Too bad they exist is all I will say. I hope you are doing well. Can't wait to read your post on the 29th
Lori: So no DVDs still? Unbelievable.
Trish and Iris: Hello.
Not much to report. I am not in the mood to workout and it's really hard. Just got a few small ones in but not my usual. I'm not pushing it too hard because we are tired and busy at the moment and I don't want to stretch myself any thinner. I hope I won't regret it later, but I just need a wee bit of a mental break. Can't wait for the weekend. I am really beat. Maybe it's the cold weather sapping my energy. The basement does get really cold which doesn't help make me want to go there and work out.
Enough about me. Time to go to work. Have a great day everyone.
