Good Morning Hot Ladies

Can't beleive the thread isn't started already! I thought I was going to check in and there was going to be lots to read...guess I was wrong...(again)

DS woke at 4:30 again, not sure what thats all about. He was crying, just wanted to stay up. DH got up with him after a while and I went back to bed...and before I did I reset the alarm for 7. There was no way I could get up at 5:30 after being up that early. Im not sure if I will take a rest day, or if I will go for a run when I get off of work.

I will check back later, should be pretty quiet here today

Good Morning Lorie and eveybody that follows!

I was bad last night..went a wittle over on my cals,but today i will get back on track! I think i deserved a little cheat meal last...ive been doing pretty good lately

Today was suppose to be a rest day but instead i will do a powerwalk on the TM...probaby about 45mins or so!

Ive got some DOMS from my lower body workout yesterday...feels good! I didn't use any dvd's just did my own thing with no weights...lots of front lunges,squats,plea's(sp?) and explosive lunges! I was out of breath...

Lorie-Enjoy your rest day or run...which one did you do? sorry your sleep was interupted agian....darn kids,mine woke me up twice last night I hope your little guy isn't coming down with something?

Ok,done with my workout...after standing infront of my i just said the hell with it and did the powerwalk i should of done to begin with! Did a 50min PW at 3.5 on the Treadmill while watching Mona Lisa Smile im glad im done...

Hey to everybody have a great day...im gonna go do some cleaning and then take the kids outside so they can play while I sit with my crystal lite and read my book! Its the little things in life.....

Hi ladies,

I am sorry I didn’t check in all weekend, we didn’t have a good connection in the mountains; there was a lot of cloud cover! Everything in our basement was moldy! What happened was that a pipe outside the house (that is under ground) broke and the water came through the walls in the basement; all my stuff (after we put our claim in) is not useable anymore. Since my DH and I couldn’t do anything accept clean it up, we decided to go to Garmisch-Partenkirchen Friday afternoon for the weekend. Grafenwoehr was raining, so we really couldn’t do anything with our stuff. I did manage to do a BFL leg workout on Saturday morning, and this morning I did iTread 13 at the gym at the resort. DH and I renewed our wedding vows in Garmisch this morning. DH and I also decided this weekend to move to another house the week after next, this is already our second flood in the house we live in now (last year we had water coming in the bathroom form outside!)


I will come back with personals tomorrow! Big Hallo to everyone! See you in the moring!
