** Commit to get FIT and LEAN on RACE DAY**

Good Morning Sleeping Beauties!:)

I thought I would checkin...considering I have lots of time on my hands. I never sleep very well before a race and I think thinking that I am not going to sleep makes me even worse! I went to bed around 11 and woke up 12:30, 2:30 and every hour after until I called it quits at 5! I had the alarm set for 5:30 so that wasn't a real big deal. I am pretty sure I will be zonked later today though.

Belinda** Do you mind my asking what happened to DD and her boyfriend? One minute they were moving in together and then they break up? It must be hard watching her go through that. Just another thing I have to look forward to when DD gets older.Right now she LOVES boys but she doesn't like anyone right now and the boys she as spent time with , she ditches after a short period of time.

Ameila** What did you decided yesterday? Rest day or full body? Did you weigh this weekend?

Alright, I should start getting dressed. I have to meet the girls in the lobby in 40 mins!

I will bb to let you know how I did. Last yrs time was 1:43:21....hoping to do it under 1:40 this year!~

Celebrating DS 5th Bday today. DH made a cake that looks like Mike Wasowski or whatever his name is from Monster's Inc. It looks awesome! I'm going to do a short wo now while I can still get it in. I'm behind already on week 1 of Meso 2. Wondering If I'll go do a short leg wo. But man, did I ever have DOMS from that last time!!!!!

Today is MIS...im sure i will be pooped afterwards:confused: MIS always scares me:eek: I forgot to mention yesterday that my weigh in went very well, i was down 3.4lbs. My eyes almost popped out:p I went and changed my 'october mini-goal' ticker because i met my goal for the month:eek: now i need to lose 3more lbs to met my goal...i think its doable...

Belinda-How are you feeling this morning? Good for you for taking off from your workouts until monday...i know its hard to not workout.

Hi Girls!

Just a quick check in cause Im zonked! I have caught DH's cold! Atleast it waited until today!

My time was pretty much the same as last yr, the wind played a factor. I was 30 sec slower then last yr BUT my placings were better.
Last yr I was the 16th women, today I was the 6th. I was 3rd in my age group (same as last yr) and I was the 103rd person to cross, today I was the 71st.
