I am getting ready to do disc 4 for the 2nd time!

I am done with disc 4 and ab circuit " yoga based abs"!

Off to have a protein shake and I still have to make some portein pancakes!

Morning girls!

Im going on a field trip today with DD to see a play. Were seeing Charlotte's Web....she is so excited,i am too! Then we have to get some grocerys...my refrigerator is very sad looking. Then at the end of the day im doing a upperbody workout. Ive got either 4DS or PUB in mind! BBL

I was sat down...sipping my coffee and then it dawned on me that I had an apt at 9:30! Talk about rush! I feel like I need another coffee now but I am to lazy to get one:confused:.....yeah, I definitly need another coffee:p

After hearing Trish talk about the CC sale and hearing everyone else actually do the workouts...I decided to download some of them!:D 4 to be exact;) DH put them on a c.d for me b/c my ipod isn't user friendly and I don't even know where the chrager is. Ah....you get what you pay for right? It was only $50 and I think this is our 3rd one:rolleyes:
Sooooo...I am thinking about either running outside today (if it warms up) or doing cc #7. Im interested to see if they are as tough as the workouts I do on my own on the TM. I also have to do disc 4 today. Yesterday was a rest day. I had to go back to work last night for an hour. Thats 2 call outs this weekend. I need to have 6 in order to pick up the shifts that I lost:mad: I have a feeling that I will have another one on Wed.

Belinda**Good job with your workout! I am looking forward to a good UB workout today:) Im looking forward to my run to cause I feel like a big tub of goo:rolleyes:

Ameila** Have full on the field trip. I need to run to the store as well and pick up a couple of things. Im afraid that its just going to be meat and salads for me for a couple of dinners this week! I won't even get on the scale. My jeans just feel tight so I know thats not a good sign! Maybe it isn't as bad as I think! Not to mention that my rings are super tight....probably water.

Good morning girls,

My Mom just left to go home. The play was really good and I had some of a chocolate lava cake last night. Excellent but probably 1,000 cal. per spoon full ugh!!! Need to have some caffeine today. I'm dragging because it's so gloomy outside. I will finally get my weekend workouts in today, Disc 3 and run on the TM.

Belinda - Great job on the 2lb's. STS and running are really working for you.

Lori - Let us know how you like Cardio Coach.

Amelia - Have fun on the field trip today. I loved going on the field trips with the exception of the bus part (30 screaming kids:eek:) My son (12th grade) is going on a field trip to read stories to kindergartners today.

Trish - We still have our playset in our backyard. When I look at it, it brings back some good memories. They were pricey back when we bought ours, now they must be a fortune.

Trish K - You will enjoy STS.
 
Debbie,:eek: I am trying to download CC V 3 into iTunes, when I klick on add folder to libary nothing is there:eek: A new page isn't showing up eighter:eek: When I searched for CCV3 it's there, but it dosen't show up, I am going crazy:rolleyes::(
 
Hey Girls:)

I am done with half of my workout. I was to sweaty after my run and needed to shower before I could move on. My SIL is suppose to be stoping by as well. If she isn't here in an hour and DS is behaiving himself I may start disc 4 then.

My run was great but I did the 3 challenges 2x's. The workout was suppose to be 45 mins long but I don't think that was right. I was at the 30 min mark when the cool down began and b/c yesterday was a rest day and today I feel like a tub of goo:rolleyes: I needed some extra cardio. I did Volume #3 so the first challenge was 6 sprints. I kept my level #2 @ 6.5 MPH and my sprints at 8 (the first time around, the 2nd time I went to 9 for my sprints) Challenge 2 I did a incline of 7, then went to 10 for my level 4. The 2nd time around I started my incline @ 5 but went to a incline of 10 for level 4 again.(I think these were the hardest of the bunch) Then the last challenge was 6.5 for 30 secs and 10 mph for 10 sec. These weren't to hard. I probably could have stayed there for a little longer actually. Anyway...it was a good workout and I was quite sweaty. The workout was 58 mins long and I travelled 6.63 miles.

Deb** When we went to our friends house the other night for supper she put these little cakes in the oven for dessert.I had to look at the box...500 cals per cake!!!:eek: And they weren't that big either! I could have easily ate the whole thing myself...and probably would have if I didn't look at the box! I enjoyed the workout. I think after a couple of times its something I could memorize.

Belinda** Vol 3 is the one i did today...but did it twice. Even though i pushed myself hard enough, I needed a longer workout.

TrishK** To bad you couldn't run in the neighbourhood. What about if you went to the gym and cleaned off the machine you need to use? LOL

DD had a v-ball tournament this past weekend and she found out today that she got MVP! She is soo excited. I am debating making her favorite for dinner, even though its no one elses favorite...spagetti!

Afternoon Ladies,

Another pooped day for me...I didn't get much sleep last night and I'm not even sure why. Oh well, hopefully tonight will be better. Anyway, I haven't decided what to do with workouts yet....whether to continue with STS or start over. I feel like I really didn't have a good endurance workout. I think I push myself too hard sometimes, which as we all know, can lead to injuries. We'll see. If I can stay awake, I might actually try to workout after putting the kiddies to bed:eek:

Belinda - Nice workout today! You sure are having alot of iPod troubles, aren't you:p?? When I download I usually save it locally, open the zip and drag into a playlist I create. Are you downloading directly into iTunes...Never even knew that was possible:confused:!

Lori - Glad you tried CC. I think I did 3 once. It is one of the shorter ones. The workout time is usually for the whole session...warmup, challenges, cool down and even the stetch, I think. The higher numbered challenges seem to be much longer. Congrats on DD getting MVP!!

Amelia - I can't wait to go on field trips will my girls!! Last year I was the library mom at my DD's school one day a month. It was the best day of the month and she really enjoyed seeing mom at school. Enjoy whichever wo you decide on. My vote is for 4DS;) Oh, I don't know what the heck is up with my shoulder. Thought I slept on it wrong, but that was over a month ago. I think I am going to start lifting some super-llight weights and see what happens.

Deb - Does your mom live in NJ? It's so nice to go into the city to see shows with out-of-towners. I think they really appreciate it. Enjoy D3 and your run today.

Oh, I read this really awesome story about a 71 year-old woman who is a personal trainer. She looks amazing and one of the ladies she trains with is 86(?) and benches 175#!!! If you'd like to read it, let me know and I will email it to you.
 
Belinda - Another way I find missing files on itunes I look under:
Playlists
and go to recently added double click and usually see my downloads
I create a new playlist (button is on the very bottom far left corner) it is a plus sign
I drag the recently added download to the new playlist which I name cardio coach 1 etc.

I'm not sure if I'm answering your ?, but I hope this helps.

Hi girls,

I only ended up doing legs disc 3 today will run tomorrow. I'm still deciding if I should run in the 5K this weekend. I didn't train for it but I'm thinking I can manage 3.25 miles even if I come in last:eek:

Lori - How exciting for your daughter to win MVP. She must be athletic just like you!

Trish - My Mom lives in Hazlet NJ not too far from me. I'm sorry to hear about your injuries. Maybe you should start over with lighter weights.
 
Hey girls...it was a fabulous moring with my DD at the field trip,then i went by myself to get some grocerys(nice and quiet) then after supper i decided on PUB and a dog walk. Im dripping wet with sweat so im off to hope in the shower and put my favorite pj's on:p

Trish-I would like to read that story...Im sorry your shoulder isnt well,if it hurts all the time maybe seeing doctor is in order?
