Good Morning!!
DS is giving me a run for my money today and its only 8:30! Even DH said "your going to have your handsful today" He is just full of it. Crying over everything and doing everything wrong. Why didn't he just stay in bed?
I didn't end up taking a rest day yesterday. I did ME,relaxed for a bit and then my friend was doing her long run last night so I tagged along! We did another 17.2 kms and Sat runs was 17.3 kms...today is definitly an active rest day. I will probably take DS swimming around 1'ish and I will walk there and back. I think if I ran again today my knees would call it quits
Belinda** So you decided to do STS, good for you! Do you know when your surgery is going to be? How long will the recovery time be? Im starting my last box set of STS this week. I can't beleive it. Im debating doing one tomorrow, or waiting until next week after the race on Sat.I will probably go ahead and start it this week b/c I won't be doing a whole lot of running this week.
Ameila** Do you guys have to share the water supply with your neighbours? That would SUCK! Hopefully you guys will be able to move sooner then later!
Do you want to hear a funny story? Ugh! So whenever I run in the nighttime I get a bad stomach. Just the way it is...and its always been that way. I think its b/c of all the food I have eaten all day. I didn't use to washroom yesterday morning b/c I ran the evening before...and got a bad belly. When i went for a run with my friend last night, I knew I was going to have to make a pit stop somewhere. We ran up to the airport, which is about 11 k and by this time my stomach is rolling...and so is hers. We dodge into the airport bathroom...stink up the place and leave again

Im feeling pretty good the rest of the way home but she still as a bad stomach. When we get closer to home she says " lets sprint to that sign" we start running as fast as we can and my bad stomach comes back. I thought I was gonna die! Here we are in the middle of no where, no people, barely any lights... I had to make another pit stop into a bunch of bushes and of course I go to far into the bushes and go up to my ankles in mud! What a bunch! Lordy! How lady like! LOL Night time runs are nice...but thats what you get out of it!
Thought you might want to hear that story this morning!!!
Lori
