Hi and good morning,

Today I will do Butts & Guts Overall Legs premix! I am almost done with Debbie's June rotation. Not sure what I will do Monday? Maybe I stick with Debbie's roation for a few more weeks, or I start STS again:eek:


Lori sounds like you needed a good night sleep! Good for you. How do you like your new tunes while running? I only listen to CC’s.

Amelia WTG on keeping up with your eating and run yesterday.

Cookie I hope the workshop goes by quickly.

Trish awesome job with CC5 yesterday. I am not 100% sure how high my HR got yesterday, in the gym the HR monitors are always off. WOW! Your sure got into the red zone yesterday.

Off to have more coffee, than I will trackle my workout!

Good morning girls,

Went to go check-in yesterday but was side tracked. I did a bootcamp workout at the gym (it's a hard w/o but I still think Cathe's is harder). I also did STS 24 Legs. Trying to get all my STS's in because I end Meso 2 and get a rest week from weights next week

Going to take a zumba class today and off to work.

Belinda - Love butts and guts!! Are you still walking the dogs?

Lori - Did you get to listen to your new songs on ipod? I have a habit of grabbing my ipod for a w/o and the battery has died:rolleyes:

Amelia - Is pilates still on tap for today?

Trish - Way to go with getting back in the swing of things after vacation:)

Cookie - This weekend not busy with work, it's my niece's graduation party. It is at my in-laws house so I'm going to help clean and set-up. Good luck with your conferences:)

Todays workout is 4DS Legs then winsor pilates cardio burn and all the core workout on there. In total it should be around 80mins:confused:.

I increased my calories today, i need atleast one day of maintence cals so i can shock my body and keep my sanity,LOL(part of my 6-wk experiment;) )...were suppose to go out to eat somewhere for supper, have no idea yet? Im also having some drinks tonight after the kids go to bed. :D ok..bbl

Debbie, yah! I am still walking the dogs every day. Although it’s getting to hot for them, my walks a only 20 min., my lab mix doesn’t like the humidify. Poor thing! Glad you enjoyed your BC at the gym and disc 24 yesterday. Enjoy your zumba class today, sounds like fun.

Amelia, enjoy 4DS Legs and winsor pilates cardio burn today.You gonna be in for some sweating, lol! 80 min!

Morning Girls!

Today is a rest day:) so, I did some knee exercises and no-equipment abs this morning. My shoulder is talking to me a little so I will try to work in some exercises for it tonight. I have a weekend pass for NYSC so I'm not sure what I'm doing this weekend but DH and I are hoping to try it out. I miss using the leg press, assisted pull-up and VKR machines:(.

Belinda - Great job on B&G premix! I'm in need of a little B&G attention myself:p Any special plans for the weekend?

Deb - BC & STS in one day...OUCH!! How are you feeling today? I've never tried zumba but I hear it is fun. How old is your niece going to be? Enjoy the party!

Amelia - You'll have to tell me more about your calorie plan...any plan that let's me up my cals is of interest to me;) Have fun with your 80-minute wo and night out!

Workout done..burned 586. Gotta get some lunch and do some laundry!

Trish, enjoy your rest day! Im zig zagging my cals based on thedailyplate calorie suggestions. Im going to do it for 6wks:)
