I will do a circuit workout, today the rotation calls for HSC; I will do one of the Terminator workouts instead

I will be back to report my workout and for personals!

I just finished the Terminator “Gauntlet" :p:p:p Holy Crap! I am soaked I was my first time doing that one, I loved it! Very, very tough workout!

Off to the shower! BBL!
 
Hey Girlies!

I wasn't around yesterday again...all of my time seems to be spent outdoors these days. Ah....before I know it there will be stupid white stuff all over the ground again!:confused: I also got called into work yesterday 2 x's....on my day off:confused::mad:. Its funny how I can do things that no one else can. I also asked someone to work last Sat night for me (ages ago) and she said she would if she were free, well...she was and still didn't do it. Guess who called today and wanted me to work next Thurs for them??? What nerve!

I did a run late last night again. Im not sure how far I ran but I was gone for 88 mins. It was getting dark when I left so i Had to change my route a little and slow down b/c I didn't want to fall!

Belinda** anything from that dvd kicks butt! There are some awesome workouts put together in that one!

Hey Everybody!

Today's wo was STS D9. Got a nice burn...forgot that there were ankle weight and plate drills at the end of that one:eek:. I also realized this morning that next week is NOT my rest week...I still have another week to go. I'm not complaining...I dared to get on the scale this morning for the first time since vac. I am 6.4 lbs heavier than when I left so there is mucho work to be done!! Imagine if I did no workouts...I'd probably be up 10 lbs or more:eek:

Belinda - WTG on the Gauntlet;) I think I have the Terminator DVD but have been too chicken to try it. Is it mostly step or step & weights? I'll think about PP...I have such a list of wo stuff to buy...starting with 12 & 15 lb dumbbells. I'm getting tired of sliding plates on & off:confused:.

Lori - Please don't talk about snow!!! Our summer has been so mild in NJ which most people are enjoying, but I like the heat and can deal pretty well with humidity, too. THIS JUST AIN'T SUMMER!! Geez, that sucks getting calls on your day off! Are you working today? You should tell your co-worker that you will work if you're *free*...but of course, we know you won't be;) I know, I'm so evil...I have a hard time letting things go. You better take someone else's advice..LOL!

Allrighty, back to work. Good morning to the rest of youse:)
 
Good morning girls,

I'm off from work today. I'm going to stay home today and finally get STS 22 C,S & T in and also do STS 23 legs this afternoon. The next 2 weekends are very busy for me so I will need to get all my w/o's in during the week:(. Tomorrow my son is 20 yrs. old and we're going to dinner tonight.

Belinda - I have never done any of the terminator's. I could just imagine how hard they are:)

Lori - This summer is flying by. It seems to go so slow when there is white stuff on the ground:confused: Great run yesterday!!

Trish - I'm one of the one's enjoying the cool summer. I just told DH, I think the weather will be hot in Sept. Are you doing the 3 or 6 mo. rotation?

Amelia - I bet CC's will go down in price again. I need to get some bags together for goodwill just dread the trying on part:( Have fun with your w/o today:)

Hey guys...looks like everyone is doing good! Nice workouts planned and done!

Today is my rest day. I did finish cutting the grass, i wore my HRM and burned 170 cals in 22mins:p you know i had to wear it,LOL:rolleyes: I wish i wore it yesterday,i bet i burned close to 400 cals out there sweating buckets!

I just did STS 22 chest, shoulder & tri's. Now I'm staving will try and find something healthy to eat, even though leftover pizza is calling to me:D

Amelia - You are burning a lot of calories cutting the grass. Your probably getting a good tan too:D

Trish – your need to give the Terminator DVD a try, you will like it. They are circuit workouts, you will sweat your butt off! WTG on disc 9 today.

Debbie – have fun with your workouts this afternoon. If you have the Terminator DVD, do it! WTG on disc 22 today. Stay away from the pizza, lol!

Amelia – enjoy your rest day today.
