Today is PH upperbody and a 45min powerwalk. Not sure what i'll watch today? Lori,thanks for the idea of watching tv while on the TM;-)

I done with my first wokrout,PH/UB. I will do my second workout tonight after the kids go to bed! A 45min powerwalk and abbs first!

I just love getting in extra cardio!

What a night last night! Im kind of hoping my boss don't find out! I was suppose to have a flight at 12 and it didn't show. So I sat in my chair (not purposely falling asleep) and I doozed off. At 2 the airport tower calls to ask if I was expecting a flight. When I told him yes, he said "its right out side your building"! The refueler or myself didn't even hear the plane land!!! So Im in a big rush to put somethings out, and put somethings away. Usually we have 20 mins notice before a plane lands but these guys clearly didn't know what was on the go. They didn't call Canadian customs before they departed the US either so then we had to wait 1 hour for customs to arrive...THEN their out bound flight plan wasn't on file either. They didn't end up leaving till 4ish, i have to say...it was the worse flight I have ever done. Prehaps I shouldn't sleep so soundly?

Anyway.....all is well that ends well:) They weren't upset or anything. How could they be? Anything that happened was clearly their own fault!

Ameila** Good job with the workout today. How are you feeling now? Still stressed?

My workout today is tris and cardio.My bics are soooo sore from yesterdays workout! Gotta love it! I will be back later to report my workout!

It's a quiet day today! Hope you are all well. I'm hanging in here just biding my time until my surgery on the 18th. I have been keeping up with cardio and here's what I've done so far this week:
Mon-Elliptical intervals
Tue-Elliptical intervals
Wed-Ellpitical intervals
Thur-LIC CardioBlast Premix

All cardio for me until I recover from surgery, then back to weights and abs. Hoping to get out and enjoy the beautiful Spring weather this weekend and go for some walks.

Amelia, are you all done with school now? Have you started job hunting? Sounds like your workouts are going well.

Lori, yikes rough night for you at work! Sorry to hear that. Hope you have a great day today. How is little Rylan? My Ryan is doing so well, 15months old now and a big sweetie!!

Hey Stacey! I bet you can't wait for this stupid surgery to be over with!x( You will be recovered in no time!!! And back at the weights. I was wondering how you were doing, we haven't forgot about you. Just patiently waiting for you to come back!:)

Todays workout was a doozie..even for me! I ran really fast on my runs b/c I didn't know how long my cardio was going to be cause i didn't know how long DS was going to nap. Low and behold, he napped the whole time!
I did GS&PUB tris,BC Core 2x's and BC adding on 5 mins runs before the cardio and cutting out the ab work b/c I already did that. I went heavy with the leg work, using 45 bb and 25 lbs db's, I even used ankle weights for the kickboxing parts. And my runs were a mixture of speeds from 6 MPH to 8.4 MPR and incline of 1%-5%. The runs were only .50 of a mile each time, so you can basically do anything for 4-5 mins right!?;)
