Hey Everyone, well my dream of leaving early was just a dream. I stayed late to catch up because my day tomorrow is busy.

Kate, funny story about the scissors. Hopefully it heals quickly. Sorry about your apples and cell phone in the slush.
Shirl, the Feb 07 rotation was my first Cathe rotation. It was a great shock to do a rotation
Steph, I have Jari workouts but I rarely ever do them. There's just something I don't like about them.
Katie, I am not an expert but I would say you need at least a week of Muscle Endurance training. I would suggest 4 weeks of heavy lifting and 1 week of muscle endurance. You can also add an upper body workout to the mix. If you have BM2, you can do the double upper body workout (if you can survive :-D )
Robin, what are your plans for Feb workouts? I am planning either a slow and heavy or whatever Cathe posts.

Today was not very clean or tidy. Lunch was a turkey & cheese sub and dinner was fried chicken. I feel like a greaseball right now. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Katie I have no idea what type of rotation would be good. I hope you find a good one. I know all about being the bad guy and I'm the stepmom.

I like all kinds of music. I have a wide mix on my ipod, but in the car I usually listen to country.

s- crackers, tomatoes and cheese
l- eggplant lasgana and salad
s-apple slices and granola
d- whole grain bread, 2 slices of prime rib and gravy
s-coffee + 3 choc candies

Depending on what Cathe puts up for the Feb rotation I might do that if not I'm thinking of fitnessfreaks "ready for summer 07";-)

Jenn, apple slices and granola...mmmmm..yummmm I'll check out that rotation...summer will be here before we know it!!! yay! Steph & I are not sisters but I think we were separated at birth!:p

My day went really well today. I enjoyed having a rest day and I have no pressing work issues so I am headed off to bed at 10PM - a new record!!!
