Colleen, good job with mma boxing – I’ll be doing that tomorrow. The 1 in 1 out sounds like a good approach. I am trying to go with the zero in approach for a while but that is what I said right before I ordered shock cardio.
Nina, glad he is feeling ok. I found that cardio core circuit to be quite hard – I was really feeling my core too.
Anne, my youngest DD was watching me do the workout and she was cracking up so you can imagine how I was looking
Robin, that’s great about going to get your lunch! It does help to live close to work. When there is no traffic it takes me about 25 min, but in the mornings it can take much longer than that.
Klaudia, great job on the workout and I love spanakopita! I like the small portions advice. Just get a little bit and then go back again and it will look like you are having more than you are
This time of year is just crazy for me and now pms is here! Must keep the eating in check!! Will be doing sts disc 2 this evening. hanks for letting me join – just posting is helping me keep myself in check. Clothes are fitting looser, of course now with ttom, that will be going away for a little bit! It’s really helpful because other than my dh I don’t know anyone who works out on a regular basis.
