I think I'm joining all you girls doing the STS rotation-just did M1W1 C/S/B:) And I only had to go lighter on a few exercises and could even need to go up in a few! I feel good!
Thanks for all the advice-it helped motivate me to get going:)

Colleen, that stinks about the credit card! I had my purse stolen at a bar a few years ago and had to cancel everything-not fun! My birthday's in a few days-maybe I can persuade Darrin I need more workouts!;)

Clintonya, your advice made me LOL! Good idea considering I wear stretchy pants most of the time!

Robin, thanks for the recipe! I am going to do that-reward myself with some new fitness stuff if I can stick this rotation out.

Wendy, sorry about the sleep issues! I so don't miss those days! Hope the dentist goes well-I had a cracked filling a few months ago-ouch!

Angie, how'd school go? I'm going to start SC tomorrow-an easy one;) Yep, I was just griping about the plowing and how it messes with all our schedules/routines-blah.

Klaudia, yay! Let's be each other's motivation, okay? I've been off the wagon WAAAYYYY longer than you, but still. I did think of all of you as I got up at 6:20 this morning (which is way early for me!). I didn't want to disappoint you guys.

Hi Everyone!

The rest of my day was better. Trying to decide on dinner - I think salmon patties with mixed greens if I have canned salmon (pretty sure I do since DH doesn't really eat it). Otherwise I might run out and pick up something.

Angie, yes I am doing the Jan rotation. I told myself I would do the STS/SC rotation when Cathe posted it. I wasn't really mentally ready for it last week but I started anyway.
Clintonya, I did not retest this time. I just could not bring myself to do it all over again.
Robin, I have a hard time with the protein intake too.
Wendy, I use canned pumpkin in my oatmeal. sorry about the cranky boys and your teeth issues.
Klaudia, yeah for joining us for the STS/SC rotation!!! This is my second cc issue. Last time it was my emergency card so it was not a big loss.
Anne, ^5 for getting up so early for your workout! It is hard some mornings but I always regret it if I don't workout in the morning.
 
Anne I forgot about the bean tortillas - we use black beans, and make a sauce with chipotle seasoning, peppers, and onions.

Klaudia, that’s great about the rotation – I need all the motivation I can get. I would live in my yoga pants if I could :D It just gets so frustrating to put on a pair of pants that used to feel good and then have to sit in them all day and be uncomfortable:)

Disc 4 is done. Rest day tomorrow. Yea!

Just finished mine - did 4DS bis/tris. That + my CS this AM and I'm :D. Worked hard.
