Good morning! So far, so good!
b - 9-grain toast and a banana. I also ate the skins off of the apple my girls shared for breakfast
Not sure what the rest of the day will bring. Saturdays are very sproadic around here. We'll be doing stairmax at DH's deceased great uncle's house again so I'll get my cardio there! I think I'll do MM UB tonight. I got a great night's sleep last night so that will help curb the munchies.
I woke up this morning to my girls yelling "Something terrible! Annie (our dog) did a poo poo!" Well, it was barf. Better than poop I guess. That probably helped curb my appetite this morning too!
