Patti, thanks. I appreciate it. I need all the support I can get right now. I feel like I'm such a downer in this group, but I'll try to keep the negativity to myself. By the way, your picture is gorgeous, dahling! You are drop dead, no doubt about it.

The walked helped Julia. She went down easily for a nap when we got back. But Gina and Isabe; were racing.... Gina slipped in the mud on the road, fell, skinned her knee, got COVERED in mud and had to limp home sobbing. Yikes!!

Roast is in the oven and smells soooo good. Potatoes, carrots, onion, mushrooms.... fluffy white bread ... Plenty for everybody! Comengitit!:D:D:D

I left work early and came home and did the cardio portion of Cardio & Weights. Not IMAX2, but a good sweatfest. I love that work out, so I decided to do what I love. Plus it's really humid here, so I'm stinky! Have a good night, everyone!

Well, the afternoon sort of fell apart-Nevena refused to nap once she saw the other kids settling in for the movie so I was leery of going downstairs. Then my 9 1/2 year old got me worked up-couldn't find her hair pins for dance that I just bought her! So she went in a ponytail-a no-no for ballet. Oh, well. That's what you get for eating late while on the computer, right? Funny, the friend who picked her up had just gotten in trouble for being irresponsible, too. Must be a 5th grade thing;)

Deviated from my menu and had an Amy's spinach feta pocket sandwich with carrots and grape tomatoes for lunch and handful of popcorn, some honey wheat pretzels and a bite of Nevena's cookie. Good thing I didn't have a morning snack! Dinner ended up being pasta and steamed broccoli with parmesan. At least it was Barilla Plus and I measured it.

Hoping to still do L&G in a bit.

Kate, how was your roast? My kids are covered in bruises-Milla from learning to ride her bike and Nevena from trying to do what the big kids do. Good thing we're not scheduled for doctor's visits!

Anne, good job on getting a workout in! Thanks for the link! I'd love to take the girls one day.

Hi Everyone,

Kind of a depressing day. My company found out this afternoon our contract is not renewed so after 2 years we are gone. I have a coworker from India that missed the meeting and he called me to find out what happened. He told me that if he loses this job he goes back to India because he is here on a work visa. If he gets another job he goes to the bottom of the list to get a green card. I feel so bad for him. I had a little candy/cheetos binge. I didn't eat my healthy snacks today so I guess that is why I binged. Need to get back on track.

Robin, I read about Amy over the weekend. I am disappointed but she needs to take care of herself.
Kate, actually the new iphone for me will be my new navigation system for my car once the tomtom software comes out this summer. It should be cheaper to buy the phone and software - but they haven't announced the price of the software. Chris is just getting an iphone because if he doesn't he will pout. Unfortunately his will cost a fortune because he is not eligible for an iphone.

colleen, i am so sorry about your job! don't worry about the unhealthy snacks too much - just get right back on track.

klaudia, i used the second link (had the frozen spinach) also, i used 1 cup chick broth instead of boiullion and water as that is what i had.

kate, glad your dinner was so good. enjoy your early night.
