Clean eating continues on WEDNESDAY

I get to work in Gina's class today! Haven't got to yet this year so we're both super excited! Laura is coming over to babysit Isabel and Julia. She has class late morning so I can only go for a couple hours but it's better than nothing. She has been an awesome help the last couple months.

Today is a rest day! We both need it!

Was going to do weights today but my shoulder isn't COMPLETELY better (though it is better than yesterday) , so I am thinking cardio & abs.

Morning girls!

Eats have been clean. Did BC (original) this morning - I love that WO! It just flies by and my heart is pumping the whole time! This afternoon I am going to do a cardio from CTX and a core max. Then I have to go get my friend's daughter to watch her for the afternoon. This is my friend who had her baby at 27 weeks so I am just trying to give her some time alone. The baby will prob be in the hospital until the end of December. :(

Kate, have so much fun at Gina's class! I can't wait to do stuff like that!

Nina, a long run sounds so peaceful. Do you listen to an ipod or something?

Got CTX All Step done but no core max. Too many interruptions from kids. :) It's ok. I did core work in BC this morning.

My body is feeling toasted and I love it. I have missed working out for the past couple of weeks and it just feels phenomenal!

Off to shower again (Nina, how do you WO twice and shower twice in one day??) - I always look like a drowned rat...

Pork tenderloin smells fab in the crock pot! :)

cardio on tap for today. i had planned intervals on the bike but kpc sounded so good yesterday, we shall see if i can get to it! it all depends on naps. at least with the gym JJ doesnt have to be sleeping =)

be back to rept once ive eaten (cleanly) and worked out (hard).

Thanks everyone ! I did CC#2 on the bike/ 30 min. yoga this morning. I did abs Mon & Tues. so decided I could skip today .;)
Step sounded good today but the DVD player isn't hooked up right now . We recently moved some things around in here and now need to get a longer cord or something in order to use it. So the bike, it was . :p

Angie-WOW!:eek: Your double workouts !! How long are you going to do that, and why ?

Our Florida trip is almost here and while I can't WAIT to enjoy the sun, sand & water, I do dread the loss of my workouts and my way of eating. I will walk at least an hour power walk on the beach every morning so at least I'll get some exercise in but really don't want to shut myself in my room in order to get in a more formal workout. I KNOW my eating will be way off too because we are staying with my parents at their condo and my mom is all about FEEDING everyone !!!! I will offend her if I turn down meals, so I am trying to think how to best handle this.

Anyway........better get some work done !
 
Wow I can't believe it is afternoon already. I had my interview this morning. I was told it was 1 hour and it ended up being 2 hrs 15 minutes. So I missed a meeting this morning and had no way of telling them. I was going to blow off work but I have a meeting with my executive team this afternoon and I didn't want to miss that.

Becky, isn't frustrating to stay with food pushers. MIL gets annoying if you don't eat or drink - she keeps offering until you yell at her that you really don't want something.
Kate, have fun at Gina's school. That's nice that you can do it.

Wendy, no ideas on the ham. I only eat it at Easter and never take leftovers.
Angie, I can do cardio in one session and weights in another and only take 1 shower a day. I don't get as sweaty during weight workouts.

Someone asked about fusion enchiladas yesterday - they are enchiladas with an edamame paste and mozzarella cheese on top. I will let you know how they turn out.
 
Hey ladies, internet was screwed up this morning so I couldn't get to you:( No workout for me (yet) today - I 'slept in' again:eek::p Eats are clean, motivated to stay that way!

By the way, MY JOB SUCKS THIS TIME OF YEAR!! I am so busy it's ridiculous.

becky, what part of fla are you going to? ikwym about pushy food people. even when i was preg, my fil offered to the point of rudeness that i drink alcohol.

angie, like colleen, i usually do cardio and weights sep on a double day, only occas (once a week or so) do double cardio, so i only shower once. hope that does not sound gross.

katie, we miss you! sorry for the job. are you trying to get preg??;) jk, not really being so nosy.

wendy, great wo plan. how many kids are with jj at the gym when you take him?

anne, i too am totally jealous of you. i will just live vicariously.

so, there is a good chance dh will be home sat then turn around and leave again:( i keep telling myself we are lcuky someone in our household can earn some money. anyways, i am going to keep my spirits up for sure. endophins coming at me!! and no stress eats. made clean pumpkin oat muffins, and mini ones at that - should be a good "splurge" if i get the urge. biab

oh, and what should i do with the ground beef i bought? i neever buy it, but it is super lean. what to make????

Nina, sorry I didn't answer your question about homeschooling. I pretty actively homeschool my girls even though they're in school full time. They enjoy it and are just so eager to learn. I am a wealth of info about it. I was homeschooled myself and have done TONS of research. Ask away.

Becky, I'm doing doubles for a couple of reasons. Mainly because I eat out of boredom so I figure if I'm working out, I can't be eating. Also, I'm just determined to drop about 4 more pounds in the next 6 weeks! Ugh about pushy food people!

Anne, your night sounds fabulous! Have so much fun!

Nina, Glad you are having a good day and glad I can motivate you! I am 100% squeaky today! Hopped on the scale this AM after a long time of not knowing - yeah, I just might need to be a daily weigher for a while. The # scared the life out of me!
We are leaving Tues and coming back Sat.
So sorry abt DH's travels - but you seem to be focusing on the + so that's a good thing.

did 35min random hills on the bike. surprise surprise, JJ fell asleep walking home so add aprrox75 min walk onto that. still would like to get to kpc at some point soon, its calling me...

nina, pumpkin oat muffins sound great! dh is a big fan of pumpkin anything. at the gym theres anywhere from 0 to 5-6 other kids, depends on the time and if theres a class going. its a really nice space at the front of the building with lots of windows/sun, great toys, nice and clean, i couldnt be happier with it and i was soooo concerned to be leaving him.
colleen, stinks that interview went so long, not very respectful of your time.

super clean day, super exhausted me. just finished dishes, lunches, vacumning, laundry. i work tomorrow:D kindergarten, here i come! but, we need to be on time - might be tough.

angie, i would love to know how to find a curriculum to follow as grades progress so i can supplement, how you do it, and where to get materials. i need to know where to start, basically.

kate, i am steping on the scale tomorrow - wish me luck:eek: remind me to post recipe tomorrow, i know i will forget. i did add handful of mini choc chips.

wendy, you are such a clean and tidy eater!!
