I would love a set of circuit workouts where the weight work is focused on a specific body area, like Power Circuit with the cardio routine, blast and weight segment, but longer (an hour would be ideal!). For example:
a bicep/tricep/shoulders + cardio circuit workout
a chest/back + cardio circuit workout
a lower body + cardio circuit workout
