circuit training

This may make me sound silly, but is Cardio and Weights (DVD) considered circuit traing? Circuit training is doing cardio and weight training together, right? How many videos does Cathe have for circuits? Thanks, just trying to be as educated as possible.

Yes, C&W is definatley a circuit work out.

Circuit training can also mean doing 2 or 3 different type of cardio together like her 10-10-10 video which is kickboxing, step and Hi/Lo.
