I am looking at doing the circuit rotation (generic) that FitnessFreak posted and was wondering if anyone has done a circuit type rotation and if so what type of results did you get?
I am hoping to lose fat and since there are cardio days and the circuits have cardio in the workouts I am hoping to shock the body. Plus I have been walking with a neighbor 3-4 days a week in the evening - this certainly is not strenuous but it is nice to get out.
Any results - good or bad would be appreciated. I know we are all different and respond differently.
