CIA-2604 Double Cardio

I received this workout a couple of days ago & I just love it. The Total Body Cardio workout with Sharon Twombly is a blast. It's actually a circuit workout, which I normally hate, but the lifting/toning parts are so different that I'm actually enjoying them. The cardio rocks. Also, the menu allows you to choose just cardio or just weights or even just core/abs. Sharon reminds me a little bit of Cathe. She's very friendly & encouraging.
Seasun Zieger's workout is a bosu one & it's a blast too. I love her step wo's & this one is just as much fun, although as always, challenging. If you don't have a bosu, one of the women does the whole workout on a step. Seasun also does a core workout with the bosu & it's TOUGH! Again, you can do it on a mat as the same woman shows.
Just wanted to recommend it as it is bridging the gap for me as I wait for the world's best workouts to be filmed.

Hi, I also did Sharon's workout today. It was surely a sweatfest. I really liked it, the first instructor I've liked since starting Cathe. Great fun and I actually thought it was quite advanced. Thanks for posting.
 
I just ordered this workout today and I'm so excited to receive it! It seems a lot of us are looking for other instructors' workouts since it has been a long time wait for new Cathe DVDs. (May she heal speedily!)

Excellent DVD.I can't believe Sharon has been in the background for so long.I found her workout extremelly challenging.She has obviously learned fher craft well.In fact I think she is better than most of the presenters she was helping out with.Seasun's Bosu workout rocks

Since there are choices for Sharon's workout to just do cardio or just weights...can someone tell me how long the just cardio section is and what kind of cardio it is..kickboxing...athletic moves, etc? Thanks. I just ordered this workout today and I can hardly wait to get it. Especially after reading all of the fantastic reviews.:)

I love love love this workout!! I'm always sweating buckets. I have done it 2or 3 times now and really enjoy it. The cardio is very athletic. They seem like drills, not choreography that you link together. Some are like intervals and then you do a weight section but you are continuously moving! (like heel digs with bicep curls, or lunges while doing shoulder work.) I was really winded after the warm up! That to me seemed the most choreographed. She uses the step and a riser in interesting ways too! Very refreshing!!!Can you tell I really like this workout??
I also like the Bosu Blast workout on this DVD too. It's taken me a couple times to get the choreography down and my heart rate was up there pretty well! It also has great core work at the end!
I highly recommend this to all out there! They are both really good instructors! I still love Cathe, and can't wait for the new series!
