Hi cheetahs!
http://www.therpgsite.com/forums/images/smilies/emot_haw.gif
I did feel a little wiped out from giving blood this afternoon, but I recharged some and put in a low-key 20 min. EXT session. Good enough for today.
Sunny :: thanks! I *wanted* to lift yesterday, but my arms esp. were in
serious pain…this was *not* your everyday DOMS…feels better today, though…Good job getting Imax out of the way early…OK, now I want that book! :7
Lorie :: you’re too funny, milkin’ the sympathy from DBF…I like your style, girl!

IA, yoga would be an excellent choice for you right now.
Wendy :: I’m glad you liked KenpoX+. I think IX+ might be more challenging…You’re right about the DOMS. I’ll just roll with it…Hey, I scored a Wii tonight! Try the site
www.itrackr.com. That’ll tell you a listing of stores near you who may have it in stock. You can even have email and/or text notifications. If it’s listed in stock, call the store to check and then pick it up. I was able to snag the second to last Wii. Wheeeeeeeeeeee! :7 :7 :7 Too much to set it up tonight, though. I bought Guitar Hero III, so I’ll be rockin’ out! (As if I really have time for video games these days! *lol*) Oh, BTW, re: the MBD Coach, I rec’d a welcome email from the *other* coach today. Guess they’re still backed up.
Christine :: Gorgeous photos, gorgeous place! That iPhone does a helluva job. What did I do yesterday in terms of a workout, you mean? Not a vid, just a series of favorite poses…enjoy your time with sis & dad! *lol* about you feelin’ cheeky. I feel the same the past couple of days…We had some black ice up here this morning. Made for a pretty harrowing drive.
Carole :: you know, I think you’re right – I was especially focused during Kenpo and I really worked the negatives on the chinups and pull-ups…I did feel a strain…Wonder how Pain Free for Women will differ. Let us know.
Jackie :: I know you asked Wendy, but I’ll share my opinion, too…KenpoX+ *is* better than regular Kenpo, which I think I only did once. We really are in enabling overdrive, aren't we?
Shelly :: that’s cool that you ran into your friend out on the trail and had some nice catch-up time…I did a B&G mish-mosh of my own doing (not too bad b/c I still had DOMS from Amy’s Slo-Mo going on) followed by KenpoX+ and some assisted chinups and pull-ups. Those are what slaughtered me, I think. As I mentioned to Carole above, I really slowed down and worked it hard.
Kristi :: *lol* Sounds like you’re Sweet Revenge Cheetah today. :7 Sorry you can’t take any sick days…Sending more feel-good vibes your way.
Judy :: *lol* about your relative who shares about his gas…sounds like a charmer. :7 I don’t have time for people who constantly complain like that…Interesting iTread today…did you like it?
Lori :: how was your shift with Mr. Busybody?
Dallas :: so are you on Facebook now?…great workout as always…stay warm!
Thomasina :: awesome progress with BFL!! Busted out laughing about DH’s comment…the menfolk do have an interesting way with words at times, don’t they? I just love your family’s humor, though!
Well, there's a little more on my plate at work now. Our team leader was scheduled to go out on maternity in two weeks, and I was tapped to fill her position while she's out. However, she had to leave earlier than expected and will be having a c-section tomorrow. So, I've been thrown into the fire, you might say. So what was my first "executive" decision? I cancelled tomorrow's regularly-scheduled weekly team meeting, of course. I'm no dummy, I know how to please the masses! :7 *ha ha*
Have a GREAT night, ladies!
