It sure is nice to be caught up today. Thought I would cruise the boards for a few minutes.

Shelly - Happy 23rd Anniversary. Yes, you do deserve that man and that's why he's with you. :) IA that there are advantages to getting older. The house is keeping me busy. I'm exhausted sometimes when I get home from all the running around.

Sunny - Laughing at your won't be long comment. You're probably right. Congratulations on the new training venture! See there you're a great trainer.

Christine - I hope you're not coming down with anything. Sorry for the headaches. Pushing with the workouts can do it for you. The only workout that I can think of that really wears me out for the rest of the day is a tempo run. All I want to do is sit and nothing the rest of the day. Nice mish mosh.

Better get back to work.

I decided to go back to Allegra as that worked the best and I get it in prescription so it is way cheaper than even generic allergy OTC's. Love your reply to the hospital...:)

Well the run kicked my butt for some reason. My legs felt like lead...no hip pain though. I think doing a leg workout yesterday afternoon and then this morning before my run was the culprit!! So, I am putting off 4DS Bi's and Tri's off til tomorrow!
 
Hello Again!

A little later than planned after I did B&G standing glutes and abs premix (minus the abs ;-)), I started rearranging the workout room to show dh that an elliptical will fit if the squat rack stays. :+ Let's see if he agrees.:D

Carole ~ OK, you all should have warned me about PlyoX! ha ha! It sneaks up on ya!! What else should I watch out for??? ;-) Can you believe Cathe and crew will start filming so soon!!??! Do you think we'll get them before Christmas? Enjoy that massage! I should really make an appt for one. :)

Shelly ~ HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!! That was so sweet what you said about your dh! I'm sure you're perfect for each other. :) So sorry work is insane. :( You're not going to take that shift are you?

Christine ~ See ^^^^ what I told Carole about PlyoX. I hope you're not getting sick. I had a headache out of the normal last week too. It lasted for a day and a half. You are really tempting with Extreme KB. Is that Steve Cottier (sp?)? Thanks about posting a picture to the thread even though it was to Judy. ;-) I've got to show you gals what I missed with JBJ. LOL! Dh still needs to send them to me though.

Judy ~ Would love to see Waldo. :) Did it start snowing yet? Our buses almost collided this AM and my kids were already on the bus. :eek: I'm standing on the drive watching DD's bus slide back towards DS's bus. It was bad this AM, but now the sun has come out and the backyard looks so pretty. :) My bad about the KB mix up. I know Powerstrikes 1 and 2 always give me DOMS. I like Amy's KBX too.

Cathy ~ Wow! That was a late start for your workout. IA timesavers might be the way to go for now. I'm **trying** to cut cardio a bit to see what happens, It's tough. Sleeping was fine. Thank goodness.

Yoga is done. I chose Baron's Journey into Power 2. Shorter (about 50 minutes I think) and faster moving then Yoga X. Nice for a change. :)

Off to make coffee and then the PLAN is to come right back for personals!
 
So I put the coffee plan on hold and opted for the eating plan instead!:p I have hummus and whole grain crackers for a snack. It's my newest addiction. It's healthy AND yummy!!!:9 Can't get much better then that!:7

Christine: ALREADY sore from today's work out!? OH MY, I think I want to hire you as my personal trainer girl!!!}( I don't even think I was running a mile when I first started posting her TBH. I think I was still run/walking on the TM in the ATTEMPT to run a mile with out walking any of it. I remember the first time I took it outside. OMG I thought my heart was going to explode out of my chest! LOL Nah, I'm not amazing...just determined and perhaps a little CRAZY!:7

Carole: How long did your work out take you today? Seemed like so much written down. How was the massage? I'll be it cost less then the OTC allergy meds do! :p

Dallas: So is this your first X rotation? Did you just get the X or have you had it but didn't use it right away??
I know the answer to stop my impulse spending but I refuse to do it. CUT UP THE CREDIT CARDS!}( }( }( Seriously, I buy lots of stuff but it's with a check card linked to the account that has the $ I make at my little jobs. That money isn't there to pay bills. I do these jobs for something to do, fun and a little extra cash so I don't feel bad spending it most of the time. :)

Jackie: I am feeling good. All signs of crud are finally gone but I am still taking Airborne once daily! I'm afraid to stop now! :eek: They say you can take it as a vitamin so that's what I'm doing. I used to take Vit C. Perhaps I need to just start doing that again. It would be cheaper! Glad your work out went better today!!!

Shelly: HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Ofcourse you deserve your hubby!!!! Don't be silly!!!!

Sunny: I did a little of Tracey's kickbox work out but not enough of it to pass judgement yet. When I do more I'll let you know what I think. Girl, you keep on racking up the job offers! YOU GO!

Wendy :: I did print off the Timesaver rotation and made substitutions to fit my schedule and workout library. I will be picking up with that starting on Monday…Sounds like you had some fun ordering more BB products. I’m not interested in the 10 Min. Trainer, either.

Christine :: I’m with you on being zapped early. Will go for the early zzzz’s tonight.

Carole :: I absolutely agree with you on the insurance hoops. I’m jealous of that massage. Need to schedule one soon! Hope you thoroughly enjoyed it.

Put in 30 min. on the EXT, 10 min. each at 10, 20, and 30 degree inclines. Like doing it that way as it gets at the leg from all angles.

Now I need to veg. No schoolwork tonight. My brains are too scrambled. :) Have a GREAT night!

Good evening Cheetahville!

I wanted to make sure that I got back here tonight as I won't have time for personals tomorrow morning if I want to get a workout in before work...just not sure what I should do, though. I didn't get to the run at work today but did do a 4DS KB/KM (combos only) mish mosh when I got home that turned out to be a nice little workout. I won't have time to run tomorrow either sooooo what should I do manana? Something circuity perhaps?

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone...wow, I seem to be doing that a lot lately! You guys keep me sane and lift my spirits when it seems that they are down in the gutter. You are such an important part of my life. Thank you! {{{{GROUP HUG}}}}

Judy - Thanks, hon, and ITA about the media! I'm with you on that one. Oh, I sooooo want to see that pic of Waldo! I hope Shovel Max wasn't too bad for you today.

Wendy - DRAT!!! That's what I forgot to tell you this morning. I don't think I can make the March race ;(. I'm so sorry, I was *really* looking forward to that. Between a bowling tourney that I've entered with SO that spans two weekends and then Easter the following weekend (mom and grandmom coming) I can't really swing another day off from work. As it is, I'll probably just end up working Mondays (my "normal" day off) in place of taking those Sundays. However, 18 miles huh???? I'm a bit scared of that at *this* point, but I've still got a lot of time to decide on that one. I would love to run with you and Shelly!

Christine - LOL about heavier women dressing as if they were stick thin...I know one of those and it ain't a pretty sight. I have to admit that I have the best SO in the world...he truly is one of a kind (and in a good way! :p). I truly thought that I had gotten past the high school thing when I first dropped the weight but it's looking to rear its ugly head and I'm stuck in a vicious cycle right now that I *WILL* break out of! Great workout today...gee, and you wonder why you've been tired :eek:?!?! Sheesh, you've been going at it hardcore for a while now girl!

Carole - Yay, no pain! Way to push through that run with those tired legs. I bet that massage felt wonderful after that!

Dallas - How's them legs feeling now :eek: }(? Great job on PlyoX...that one looks scary! But you're just nuts to add B&G onto that puppy...even if you did take a little break between the two! Thanks...you're such a sweetie!

Jackie - Wow, fantastic workout today! Thanks for asking about the lumps that are...drum roll...completely gone! How about you? I hope the UTI is history. Like I said to Wendy, my SO is truly one of a kind!

Shelly - HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!! Awwwwww, love, I would say that your DH is lucky to have found YOU! Uh, honey, you are not whining at all!!!!!! I so hope you can get out of there sooner rather than later. I was thinking about you the other day when I was having a kind of $#!tty day at work and realized that I have nothing to complain about compared to what you've got going on. I hope you said no to the hospital about working again tonight. I might, just *might* try to join you and Wendy for that LBI race but I'm just a weeeee bit scared right now.

Cathy - The funny thing is, if it wasn't for meeting my SO I probably never would have started down the path to becoming healthy and fit. He's changed my life in soooooooo many wonderful ways! OMG had to LOL at the "moo-in-the-mirror" comment! I'll keep that in mind the next time I'm there and start to get overly critical. I'm glad to hear that your only plans for tonight are for vegging...you deserve it!
