Good Sunday morning, cheetahs
Jackie :: best of luck in today’s race!!! That massage sounded heavenly. I did not schedule one this month because I spent a good bit on all that expensive makeup. I’m sure I will need one in September when school starts.
Wendy :: my sister has been talking for some time about getting the reduction done, too, but I don’t know what she’s decided. I see that you are very good about “inspiring” others.

Workout DVDs, tattoos, tatas…*lol*
Shelly :: hope you enjoyed your rest day.
Gayle :: crackin’ up about the suspenders – yep, I need those, too.
Amy :: I completely agree about wings & fries & such. The less often you eat that stuff, the more it bothers you when you do indulge. Hope you had fun at the BBQ…I hear you about the hugs at school…you have to be so careful.
Carole :: it was the first time doing (part of) KM with the gloves…I use them occasionally for other KB workouts, but I would like to get heavier ones…*lol* about the hole-y shirts and shorts. I used to be terrible about getting rid of race t-shirts ~ they were like badges of honor. *lol*
Christine :: safe travels to NYC! Too cute about Jimmy’s butt wiggling at the prospect of a run. How is the HR today? I agree with Carole that it could be a number of things, not necessarily overtraining, but here is a link to the ACE site for other signs of it:

Judy :: a hill-less park with restroom access sounds like a great spot. Enjoy golf today.
Yesterday, I goofed. I decided to take a nap in the late afternoon and wound up sleeping all the way through (!), so no run. I suppose when that happens it’s a sign that the body needs its rest, but I was annoyed with myself nonetheless. I do feel well-rested today, though, so I’ll be sure to get in my run, KM drills, and some ab work later on. I want to get myself back in the habit of PM workouts b/c that’s what I usually have to do during the school year.
Something else happened yesterday when I went to the mall -- my sunglasses (Ray Ban$) were pinched by three little kids. No kidding. I was wearing a baseball hat, so I had them resting on the brim when I went into the mall. I took them off while in the fitting room of a fairly small store. When I dressed again and went to leave the store, I adjusted my baseball hat and I think, at that time, they might have flown off. The store was in chaos – a mom, her friend, and three of the unruliest kids I’ve ever seen had taken over the store. The kids, about ages 5-10, were running around, making tons of noise, and getting into everything. As I reached the store entrance, I realized the glasses were missing, so I combed the store and the fitting room – the glasses were nowhere to be found. I even asked, “Did anybody find sunglasses?” Neither the kids nor the mother responded. It was a small store, and I never actually set foot off the premises, so I’m certain they were “lost” in there. Not such a big deal if these were $10 Target glasses, but they were $130 polarized Ray Bans. x( DOHHHHHHHH!!!!! I guess that will teach me to be way more careful.
