Wow! Re-read my post and I think I was speaking in tongues towards the end! I meant to say "And Sorry for the short post!" Oh brother...
Did not get in GS Legs. Had an interesting thing occur. My HR went up higher more quickly than usual. I credited that to the fact the DH was running with me and I always run faster when he's with me, so I didn't think much about it. But we got about 4 miles into the run and I had to stop and walk as my heart was racing - still within my range, but at the high end (like it gets after intense intervals)! So, I walked, and typically within a minute it's back down below 120. It did not get below 137 until I actually sat down, then it only lowered to 110. After my shower it was still at 117. It's back down to normal now (2 hours after the run), but that scared me. Am I over training? I was doing the August 05 BootCamp rotation, but now that I decided to run, I've cut back on cardio. Should I cut back further? Or should I continue as I am to see if it happens again? Maybe it was a fluke? And the HRM is spot on - so it's not a defective HRM. I could feel that my heart was beating faster than normal.
