Hi Cheetahs! An uncharacteristic late check in for me. Wasn't able to get it in this morning at work. I just ended up taking a total rest day and it feels nice
Slept pretty well too. I had announced to my coworkers via e-maile that I was leaving the last nite I had worked so last nite I faced the usual barrage of questions and hugs... we'll miss you yada yada.... I've been here for a while so it's kind of a shock.
Anyway...
Cathy- sounds like it was a great relaxing Sunday for you. Not relaxing with the workouts of course! Wow... saw someone getting arrested! Know what it was for?
Judy- How did the family dinner go? Is it pretty cold still for the golfing ?
Jackie- I've been loving our trips to the landfill lately! I get such a nice feeling of freedom and relief dumping out excess clutter! Congrats again on your wonderful performance yesterday!
Wendy- Jersey has some very nice marathons and you know if it is at all possible I'll try to join ya! I'll be in Jersey still alot even after we buy a house in Pa... Jerry's dad is leaving his house on the shore to Jerry (my DH) and his brother so we'll be going there alot in the future years to come. It's in Little Egg Harbor.
Carole- thanks for the tip about Jump Snap on amazon... I'll check it
out. wooohooooo... great run!!! I think our SuperCarole's got her groove back:7
Christine- Have you gotten around to trying the SB portion of ASJ yet? It's pretty unique I'd say! It's terribly windy here this time of year.. day's and days of winds 20+ miles/hr... I will definitely NOT miss this!! It really knocks the stuffing out of you on the runs
Lorie- Nice to hear from you! Is that stomach bug finally history?????? Hope you had a nice walk with the pups!
Dallas- Decluttering also? Ah what a feeling!;-) Nice 5 miler!
Kath- Welcome back! Sounds like you had a fabulous vacation and I hope you get thru that mountain of laundry quickly!
Time to have some supper and get ready for work again. After tonight I'll have a 4 nite stretch off and I hope to get alot accomplished! I'll be finishing the garage and starting on the kitchen
