I'm back. :7
Kristi: Sorry about your dad. I know how you feel. I lost my dad when I was in my early 20's. I too have always felt the pain of not having had him there at my wedding and that he is not around to enjoy my son or any future children I may have. I miss him terribly but have faith that I will infact see him again one day.

Have fun at the shower!
Shelly: Nope, haven't tried out the new sneaks yet. :-( I am going to wear the old ones for the race tomorrow and will try out the new ones the very next time I run! Speaking of DB's. I need a set of 20's myself. I have the adjustable type that you load like a barbell but they are a pain in the you know what and are not user-friendly for alot of exercises. I am starting to use 20#'s more and more so I really need to get me a regular ol' pair, ya know? }(
Carole: I leave on vacation on the 26th. It's a thursday and I am leaving at night. We are driving through the night! EEK!

Sounds like a nice relaxing work out that you have planned for today. I hope you enjoyed it.
Sunny: I chickened out...I didn't do both u/b work outs today! LOL I am saving one for tmrw after all. So are you ever going to get another cleaning lady in?? }(
Marcia: Yikes, what an awful thing. I hope your co-worker's mom is okay! Please let us know. I am glad that you are happy with your TS biz.
Hi Jess! Congrats on completing the X! What will you do now??
Jackie: So the grim reaper didn't convince you to get a tat, ey? LOL To be honest you can't even tell WHAT it is that is being used when you get a tat just judging by how it feels. The needle moves so darned fast that the feeling is really not recognizable as such. Now you have me wanting to try IBi Bootcamp! GRRRR! I am going to try Tread-n-Tush first though I think! I just need to get brave and stop thinking I'll look stupid EXERCISING at the gym! LOL
Cathy: The race is in Belmar, and yes, it's a 5 miler. I am excited but I know it's gonna kick my arse! Tomorrow night we are going out for a Hibatchi dinner so I know I will indulge quite a bit...great time to be running 5 miles, I guess! I will also be doing GSBS&B so I'll really work up an appetite!}( I hope we get a good chef at dinner. They can make or break the hibatchi experience!
Welcome Jazcam!
Susan: Glad your ortho appointment went well!
