This morning I did 4Day Split Kickbox wup and cardio stopped at the weights, then I did P90X Kempo+ and finished with Tracey Staehle's Strike Zone strikes 3-6. I went on to do 4Day Split premix Back and Biceps, 4Day Split Low Intensity abs only, then Tracey's Core Blast standing core work. I finished with Tracey Staehle's Parts yoga segment and her Circuit Zone foam roller segment. Dh and I went out to lunch and to see Hancock. I liked it. It was different
